I really enjoyed the whole online course of mindful birth by Réka. She was extremely kind even if I had a dumb question, she answered with a big smile. I was worried about giving birth, especially it will be my first baby. But after the course I feel that I could control my fears and anxiety when the time will come. We discussed every detail about giving birth (even complications, medical interventions, recovery after birth and etc...) I feel more prepared and calm.
With Réka's course you can prepare for the birth not just mentally, but phisically as well. We got a lot of wonderful pregnancy yoga videos. In these videos we got a lot of information about what we can do during labour, and how we can reduce the pain.
So I could only recommend it. I really loved it.

I am really thankful for every sentence of Réka. She has a huge knowledge and a special sense to take care women. I love her all projects, and I am being with her teaching for more than 10 years.

I can wholeheartedly recommend her. Réka's prenatal course helped me enormously in experiencing the whole period of pregnancy and the postnatal period and in preparing for the difficulties. In her course, you will experience everything from an overview of practical issues, to experiencing spiritual processes, to preparing the body. Besides this, she always answered my personal questions and doubts very quickly, kindly and supportively.

I prepared for giving birth with Réka and it was one of the best decisions during my pregnancy. I learned from her tons of things e.g. how to stand up for my baby and myself, not just during pregnancy or birthing, during the postpartum as well that we sometimes forget how challenging it could be. With her guidance I got closer and closer to my body during my pregnancy and got to know the signs it sent me. Réka helped me how to reframe my fears and be prepared for the changes. She is very kind, caring, positive, experienced and a very strong woman, who is a real role model. I highly recommend her birth course and yoga sessions.
