Best mug I've ever had and now I hope the best soft cooler I've had.

Lid took trial and error to keep from leaking, no instructions on how to open, didn't know I had to unscrew it lol, tested with water,I'm use to it now,McDonald's doesn't sell 32oz,so I bought 3 large ,give them back empty cups lol, holds hot coffee 8hrs ,worth the price ,no straw needed like the competition 😉

This otherwise marvelous mug is let down by a leaky lid. The lid works fine until I get down to the final ounce or so then liquid finds its way around the spout. In just 2 days, i`ve gotten coffee stains on 2 white t-shirts.

I placed an order for 4 tumblers and they processed the order and I received them within 3 days. Great customer service.

Your website says your coolers are made in the USA. That's why I bought it.
The 'can cooler' I ordered has a made in china sticker on it. I contacted your support team to ask what products are made in China, and there was never a response. So bad support, misleading business.

Just got it. Looks great. Can’t wait to use it

Wanted to test it. So I put a cold can of soda in it. Set it on the table for an hour, popped the top and soda was still cold. Work great in the house. Next test outside. I've only had one day so we will see how it holds up over time and use.

I ordered a replacement Gen2 lid for one of my Bison travel mugs as the one I had was pretty worn and leaking without great effort. The replacement lid has a new (to me) design o-ring that is tapered, unlike the older version that was squared. The new design seals much easier and far more effective than the older design.

This cooler is sweeeett!! The durability is unreal. Love the color and the suction/seal is unbelievable. Took a little extra effort to open it for the first time! I added the divider/cutting board and it fits great!
Only reason that I gave a 4 star was the Traction Pad applied at the factory. It is not centered. Would have rather received loose and applied myself to insure a flawless finish.
This is our second Bison cooler and would recommend to anyone looking at coolers!! 👍

I would like to have had a choice in shipping. Fed-X is the worst service. The shipment came nearly a week after it stated on the Fed-x tracking sight.

Will be ordering more coolers from these guys.

I love Bisons customer service!! I ordered a lid for my favorite tumbler and it just did fit right so o reached out to customer service. They asked questions until they understood my needs and then sent me a new lid. That new lid worked right off the bat!! Hassle free.

We had a block party and needed plenty of ice. The afternoon before the event we filled our Bison 25 Quart cooler to the brim with bags of ice. and locked it down. The next afternoon there was barely any melting, still all cubes. The party was Friday evening. It's Monday late and I'm still tossing my beers in there to get them frosty for tomorrow! Still ice in the cooler after repeatedly being opened in warm temperatures. It's a wonderful product and we are very Impressed. Cheers!!

Keeps ice a log time. Beer is almost to cold i love it

It is a nice tumbler, but without a handle that fits it is difficult to use.

My ice barely melted at all after 3 days

As much as I wanted this cooler. Shipping was so messed up that it did not even arrive on time for my hunt. Waiting to see if I get refunded my money. Almost 600.00 and I have nothing . Sad.
