This is the greatest travel mug I have ever had. I was given one as a gift, and didn't have high hopes for it. Wow!! Was I wrong. I slightly overheat my coffee and it will stay warm for up to 12 hours. I cannot drink cold coffee...so this is a super big deal for me. I just recently bought 2 more to give as Father's Day gifts to my sons. Keep up the great work Bison Coolers!!! And thank you for being made in the USA.

Ordered the cooler and got the cooler quickly. Great experience there. When I inspected the cooler, I was impressed with the insulating materials. Also the workmanship. Looks like a serious upgrade over what I have been using. I haven't had the chance to actually use the cooler yet, but I think it will absolutely do the job. Thus far, I'm pleased.

I love the Bison Cooler products I've used. I lost my previous drink cooler and needed a new one. Of all the products out there I could have bought from a number of other companies, but Bison won my loyalty again. I can put ice in the cooler and have ice in it for three to four days depending on if it is inside or outside.

I love this company. They produce quality products and they have great customer service.

Quick shipping. The basket is a pretty expensive accessory for what it is considering the cost of getting the cooler in the first place. It is still nice to have though.
