To my surprise, my order of an already fantastic fragrance, included two amazing, complimentary perfumes, and not sample sizes, but proper, sprayable bottles.....and, did I mention, they smell amazing!?

I shopped at Bisou Memorie in New Jersey and purchased two bottles for a total of $178.89. Later that same day, at approximately 8:30 PM, I noticed another charge on my credit card from a Texas location that I did not authorize.

Based on my experience, I believe my card information may have been used without my permission after my purchase. I have also found that the prices at Bisou Memorie are significantly higher than prices offered by many online retailers.

I encourage anyone who shops there to carefully review their credit card statements for any unauthorized charges. This was my personal experience, and I would advise consumers to use caution.

I absolutely LOVE the Oro fragrance. I look forward to trying the other scents next!!!!

Amazing smell my wife loved it as a birthday gift

I was visiting out of town at Jersey Gardens Mall in NJ on Saturday and passed by a store called Bisou Memoire. There was a young man outside handing out paper samples to draw people in, and he approached me as well. Once I went inside, he started showing me a bottle priced at $175. When I declined, he quickly dropped the price to $70, which felt very questionable. As I was leaving, I noticed him mocking other people, which was completely unprofessional. Overall, the experience felt shady—dropping the price from $175 to $70 is a big red flag. I’d recommend staying cautious and not letting anyone pressure you into going inside.

WARNING – My experience with Bisou Memoire perfumes at Jersey Gardens Mall in Elizabeth, NJ was extremely disappointing.

The product did not match what was advertised. The fragrance was very weak and lasted no more than 30 minutes, which is unacceptable for something claimed to be high-quality or oil-based. It felt heavily diluted and not worth the price at all.

I also felt pressured into spending more money than I originally intended, and the pricing is far too high for the quality you receive.

Overall, this was a complete waste of money. Based on my experience at Jersey Gardens Mall in Elizabeth, NJ, I strongly advise others to be cautious and think twice before purchasing.

Love this company! The cologne is amazing.. Oro is my favorite but they accidentally sent Vero and it’s magnificent too!

Unfortunately, this an extremely shady company and at the price they are selling this garbage juice it might as well be a scam. The juice didn't last 15 minutes, despite the kiosk dude telling me it would last 16 hours LOL. Only reason i bought them was because he claimed to be the owner and creator of the scents. So i felt a need to support local, out of respect for the art of perfumery. In hindsight, it's obvious he wasn't the owner and it's actually sad that he took advantage of this :/
As far as the scents go, i bought 3 and they all smell of an extremely synthetic sweetness with no discernable notes.

Your perfumes are in my top 5 favorite perfumes ever! The smells are heavenly! I get compliments after compliments! Great Job!!! ❤️

Smells amazing however I thought I was getting a bigger bottle. I got samples o guess you could say. I guess I misunderstood the sizing.

I love that everything is natural and vegan and comes in a nice glass container! The smell is amazing and lasts for a long time.

Incredible scents, very fresh and exotic! The young lady at the Oculus location in NYC was amazing - she gave me a very good deal on the 3 fragrances I bought, even better than the deals online. She also helped me choose based on my scent preferences. Truly such a unique scent, and very light. Nothing pungent, obnoxious or over the top. I love them! Will definitely get more :)
