Самый отвратительный оператор который только существует. Скоростя занижает, пинг космический. А учитывая цену, хочется не только плакать. Прошу вас просто умоляю, даже не думайте о покупке интернета у данных жлобов, испортите себе нервы и потеряете деньги.

Никому не советую данного оператора. С каждым годом хуже и дороже.

Роутер включен в цену. Полное враньё не ведитесь.Попытался заказать спросили личные данные и сказали что можем вам дать только карту за 9 евро. А роутер не дадим так как вы не яв лялись нашим клиентом и вашу историю мы не знаем.ПОЛНЫЙ РАЗВОД.Самый дешёвый оператор но не самый честный.

интернет работает только в риге. даже в юрмале сеть работает отвратительно

Не советую данного оператора для частого(постоянного) использования за пределами Латвии. При блокировании SIM всегда вытаскивает из телефона иначе начисления после блокирования неизбежны(+всегда звоните и уточняйте о блокировании). Скорость интернета отличное. Отношение к клиентам безразлично.

It is the worst service ever! They call you and make a super cool offer for 5 EUR per month, but in the end you pay more than 20 EUR for some feature they turned on for your tariff. When I left Latvia, I went on vacation for a month. When I came back, I saw that the mysterious debt of 11 EUR (that I have already repaid) became a 28 EUR debt.
Last year in Latvia, according to my plan I should have spent 5 EUR / month on bite (60 EUR for a year). However, each month they write off money for some additional features that they included themselves and you never used them. This year I spend on bite more than 110 EUR using only 4 GB of Internet on my phone. Never trust this company, they will steal your money

Very bad service in latvia most of the places.... poor network. customer service no one speak english. Poor service and not satified, she explain me in english. websites and all messages they sent in Latvian no english any where...... You can't change the language... You can't trust this people when they provide you everything in latvian and you don't understand you have to sign blindly.....

Nice free roaming in Europe. They have cut it at all so all my vacation in Italy I have no any possibilities to make or receiving calls. They have changed my tariff which I had for 5 years to new one working just in Latvia without any information to the client. Once you find yourself without any connection. As soon as I back to Latvia I will change the operator.

I've been with Bite for 5 years already, having the prepaid mobile sim card.
Bite's main advantage is clear and fair price policy. You are charged for their service as little as possible, unlike of some of their competitors.
For less than 5 EUR you have unlimited calls and SMS to main Latvian networks. If you call is not covered by your bundle, the warning will sound before your call is connected and balance charged.
Every month a different internet usage bundle apply depending on your internet usage, making your internet as cheap as possible.
Network coverage is excellent in cities, average as expected everywhere else.
Customer service is always there to help, friendly and polite. When abroad, you can call CS free of charge.

I've been a contract customer with them for 4 years.

If youŗe looking for a phone contract in Latvia, avoid them. They have terrible customer service.

Their customer services representatives that I spoke to (Alise Latiņa, Oksana Stankeviča) are rude and completely inflexible.

If their company has done something wrong, they refuse to put it right. I've ended up having to pay countless euros for their mistakes.

I left them a few weeks ago due to price hikes, and I'm much happier.
