Excellent experience, from ordering, delivery times, packaging.
They have a good catalogue, accurately updated and extremely easy to shop there. Really recommend, 10/10 A+.

Very good shop with lots to choose from reasonable prices shopping there all the time excellent.

They unfortunately sent me the wrong item, and when I let them know they were quickly to reply and help me out. On this occasion, they sadly couldn’t, but they were very apologetic and even allowed me to keep the wrong item.

Generally, the delivery speed was as advertised and on time and the communication throughout the order was clear.

What a fantastic guy came across a vid of his randomly on tik tock and saw in the background a personal grail I've been after for many years takara energon galvatron contacted him and manged to buy it of him and for a very good price! he even shipped it out for me arrived within 2 days thank you so much it's a shame I don't live closer as would of loved to come vist but I shall be using you again he's a absolute credit to the collection community keep up the good work and thank you again Oliver

Lovely folks. I bought some Transformers from them at NEC toy fair (very reasonably priced, too), and later discovered one was missing a small piece. It was no real issue but they insisted on sending it to me and wouldn't even take cost of postage.

Its great to see good honest traders and I really look forward to buying from them in the future.
