First time purchasing from this Book Shop. Read an advertisement in my Local Magazine displaying a book about my area. Immediately made contact with the online shop, found the book and purchased. Had need to contact the shop by phone and my questions were answered very knowledgeably. The book arrived the next morning with my postman. Well packaged and handed to me.

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent communication, the book i purchased arrived on time.
I ordered 2 books by mistake, I contacted Bittern Books and they arranged for the book to be picked up (luckily their business is nearby) and quickly refunded the payment.
This was all done very easily and very quickly. Excellent customer service.
