Warning to everyone: my experience with Bitzumi has been extremely disappointing.
Everything seemed fine while I was depositing funds and trading. However, when I tried to withdraw my money, the problems started. Instead of processing my withdrawal request, I was repeatedly told that I needed to make additional deposits before my funds could be released.
Every time I complied with one requirement, a new condition appeared. I was asked to deposit more money again and again, with different explanations each time. The withdrawal process never moved forward, and I still have not been able to access my funds.
The support team has not provided a clear solution or a reasonable explanation for why additional deposits are required just to withdraw my own money.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before sending money to this platform.
