We arrived on time. Waited for a car that never came and we put self had to fix everything to get to the hotel. Including a phone call (expensive!) to Sweden to help translate since the staff member didn’t speak any English. We arrived at night so not ideal timing. We understand that things can go wrong as long as the company are up for compensation. Got in contact with a really friendly person who promised to get us the best treatment on our way back from our vacation and to compensate us for everything that went wrong. But unfortunately the ride home didn’t go smoothly at all and I’ve been trying to reach them multiple times without luck.

They probably feel like when the tourist go back we don’t have to do anything. But I’m a frequent visitor to turkey and this was my last time using this company. Never again.

Antalya - Alanya transferi için shuttle araç rezervasyonu yaptık. Çocuk koltuğu için ofisi önceden aramama rağmen ve parasını ödememe rağmen son dakikada çocuk koltuğu yok dendi. Itiraz edince diğer servisi beklememi söylediler. İki çocukla Havaalanında iki saat daha beklememi söylemek nasıl bir mantiktir. Şoför arkadaş aracı sürerken akşam çekirdek çitliyor. Yanlış okumadınız bir yandan araç kullanıyor bir yandan çekirdek çitliyor. Hayatımda bir ilki gördüm. Araçta 8 kişi ikisi çocuk, adam 80-120km hızla çekirdek çitliyor akıl alır gibi değil. Mola veriyor 5 dakika diye 15 dakika sonra yolcuların itiraziyla zar zor kahvesini alarak yola devam ediyor. Sıcak kahve yanlışlıkla üstüne dökülse bittik. Bu kadar laubalilik böyle bir şirkete yakışmadı.

Mal schnell über die Booking.com App gebucht. Zum Festpreis und komfortabel ans Ziel zum Flughafen Antalya kommen. Absolut genial. Alles über die App verfolgbar, wann Fahrer ankommt und am Ziel ist. Absolut transparent. mehr Komfort geht nicht. Kann ich guten Gewissens gerne weiter empfehlen.

J'ai utilisé bezimtransfer 2 années de suite en 2023 et 2024 (entre Sabiha Gökçen et Istanbul airport et de Gazipaşa airoprt à l'hôtel au centre d'Alanya). Tous les transferts se sont déroulés dans de bonnes conditions et les chauffeurs étaient sympatiques et respectueux

De eerste rit een hele fijne ervaring gehad. Chauffeur stond een beetje vast in het verkeer. Netjes laten weten ook zijn locatie gestuurd. Hij moest onderweg even tanken en had een lekker flesje water voor ons gehaald. Hele fijne chauffeur genaamd halil. Ook leuk gepraat onderweg en als we dingen wilde weten konden we alles aan hem vragen als het gaat om alanya. De rit terug was een iets mindere fijne ervaring. Hij was meer als een half uur te laat. Daarnaast werd er steeds wat anders gezegt als je vroeg waar de chauffeur bleef. Eerst stonf hij vast, kan gebeuren. Toen kon hij ergens niet door omdat er ongeluk was gebeurd en daarna kregen we te horen dat de bus niet op onze locatie toegelaten werd. Dus moesten wij nog 10 min lopen naar zijn locatie terwijl we al een half uur stonden te wachten. En de bus kon gewoon naar onze locatie rijden zagen we toen we onderweg waren. Wel een goede bus met gratis wifi en water wat je kon pakken. Dus de eerste rit was echt een 10. De tweede rot was een 7. Wel jammer dat de klantenservice niet eerlijk was en elke keer kreeg ik wat anders te horen.

Transfer hizmetimizde VIP servisi tercih ettik ve son derece memnun kaldık. Bundan sonraki seyahatlerimizde de ilk tercihimiz olacak. Profesyonellikleri ve 24/7 WhatsApp üzerinden tüm sorularımıza hızlıca yanıt verdikleri için başta Şeyma Hanım olmak üzere tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz.

Our plane was late and I had no phone reception when we arrived yet our driver found us. He was a good driver and the service was excellent

GOT SCAMMED. Paid for pick up at the airport and never got picked up.

I paid 5 EUR extra to have child seat, but the transfer was without child seat.
The driver rationale was: “The trip is not long, so it does not matter”. Note: it took 30 minutes from hotel to airport. So safety for children depends on whether you drive 30 minutes or 3 hours? No matter what, I paid extra for this add on service without getting the service.

I have not received my money back. Still waiting response on my mail request.

I ordered this company to meet me in Antalya on 09/12/23 for delivery to the hotel and take me back to ANTALYA airport on 08/26/23. Upon arrival, everything went well, we were met and taken to the hotel, but on the way back they didn’t come to take me to the airport. Imagine I’m sitting in the hotel lobby waiting for a transfer, I see they are already 45 minutes late, I call them and they say we don’t have your transfer today. In a stressful situation, I had to urgently order a taxi so as not to miss the plane. I am very unhappy with their service.
