Using BJF's trading system since last one year and to be honest it is one of the most successful system i have worked on. It is not a plug and play system, you will have to work on it just like any other strategy. But it will be worth every penny.

The best part is the customer service, i swear i have not experienced such a professional customer support anywhere else. They are very very patient and supportive. Looking forward to have more business with BJF

I have been using BJF Software now for close to 5 years and I can say that it is without a doubt market leading. It works extremely well with low latency and stability. James, Boris and the team also offer fantastic, timely support and are always open to working with me in adding new features to improve my trading. I do want to stress that the software does require effort, time and dedication from the trader's side. There is a learning curve but I encourage anyone to persist to truly unlock the software's full potential. Once you do, you'll realise there is nothing else on the market as accessible and complete to the everyday trader. Working with BJF means the software side of things is taken care of and you can focus all your time and energy on improving your strategy.

I am very suspecious of all these "good" reviews about bjf and I suspect some form of motivation from bjf. My partner who is a mechatronic engineer and I worked with bjf for over 5 years. We parted ways few years ago and we tried practically all their products and the only thing we got was frustration and losses! The best thing about bjf is their support but unfortunately that doesn't translate to money! Given the amount of effort and collaboration we did with them and still not make money, I can't see how anyone is making money with their strategies. Yes, you can make some money in a week, if you are lucky, but even that, the broker will put your account on A-book straight away and finding another broker that will work, will be another round of trial and error, registrations, frustrations, losses etc. Bear in mind that to truly test these strategies, you must use real money. Demo will almost always look impressive but they never work live, never. Because of bjf tools I had account with almost every forex and futures broker in the market with only one broker making me $2000 in 3 days then strategy backfired!

They work hard to provide the best trading software. They always answer happily and provide excellent support and services.

BJF has been on the market for 24 years. This shows that this company works honestly and sells perfect products. I have been their client for almost 10 years and I can say that they make really great profitable products. Each of their products embodies the previous experience and makes adjustments that are relevant in today's market.
At first, their products look complicated because they have a lot of flexible settings. This allows you to customize them for any broker or exchange. But even if it is difficult to understand at first, both James and Boris will always help. Any help will be provided on the same day you make a ticket.

This company previously offered Copy Trading Software, called the Power Trade Copier. They have now discontinued all their software and left their customers unsupported. Avoid doing business with this company.

SharpTrader is the best trading tool so far by BJF Trading Group Inc. It has in it everything a trader needs and is looking for whether it is a seasoned trader or a new trader. It is the industry standard. I'm personally thrilled as to how the ideas and features are blended. I have immensely profited from the trading system. It contains a blend of trading strategies and makes these optimisable to fit the traders taste and trading condition.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I purchased their 'SharpTrader' platform a month ago, it was very expensive ($6800 AUD) and in the 3 weeks I had it running on the brokers they suggested it LOST me $158.

Boris and James both LIED to me, and the 'extensive tutorials' they claimed to have on the product consisted of a near empty 'SharpTrader Wiki' and ONE short video.... what a joke.

Everytime I asked them how I could make changes to the software they told me they would have to do it for me.... For a $6800 purchase I would think I could learn about the operation of the product for myself, but no...

I offered to PAY them to do an online zoom call with me and explain the product to me, they refused.

When the product was losing money and no instructions were forwarded to me I asked James to get BJF's CEO (Boris) to contact me, James said he was unavailable. I told james I wanted a full refund, he ignored me.

The next week I DEMANDED that Boris contact me and I supplied my phone number asking that he call me... he refused. The best he could do he said was log into my VPS and check the settings for me... no product explanation would be supplied to me.

For such a premium purchase ($6800) I expected a premium service from BJF, but I was very disappointed. They were disorganised and flat out lied to me.

I sent an email to the CEO (Boris) stating that I was supplied no 'extensive instructions' as they had promised, and that their 'flagship' product was LOSING me money and therefore I wanted a full refund.

He refused.

So I opened a payment 'dispute' with Paypal... and it took only 4 days for Paypal to refund me all my money!! (this was because they were well aware of BJF's bad reputation with previous customers). So I was very lucky and got my $6800 back!!

Both James and Boris LIED to me. Their product is absolute garbage and EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY. (But if you DO purchase from them, be sure to pay via PAYPAL so you can get your money back when you learn the truth).

BJF Trading Group are LIARS, they will eagerly take your money and then ignore your requests for tutorials and assistance. BEWARE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
