Great customer service!

Ordered some items from the holiday collection for my boys. The package arrived quickly, but unfortunately none of the items I received were my order, seems as though shipping labels were swapped. The holiday collection sold out very quickly once it dropped so I knew it was a long shot that I would receive the items I ordered. I called them around 9am and they let me know that they were escalating the matter and someone would be in touch with me. I received a phone call short after and they told me they would be working to get the issue sorted out. By 12pm I received another call and was told that they were able to get my items and they were shipping them out to me right away. I have already received a tracking number and except my order in just a few days. I was very very pleased with their customer service!

Item ordered was out of stock. Was notified in a timely manner and a discount and free shipping upon request on a second order was given to make up for item being out of stock. Exceptional customer service and unheard of by most merchants.

We had an issue with an item being out of stock after ordering and they made it right with reimbursement and a percentage off on my next purchase. They were extremely timely and the customer service was excellent. 10/10 recommend.

Customer Service

I was having trouble using bc a discount code for my recent order. I reached out to customer service and they were more than helpful. They made sure that the discount code worked and also made sure that I received a free holiday box with my order. My kids love the baseball lifestyle 101 brand and I am glad their team is so wonderful and works with their customers to ensure satisfaction.

They have been nothing short of great…

They have been nothing short of great over the last few months. They had some minor mistakes with a few orders and have gone above and beyond to make them right! The quality of their products are top notch!

- Customer Service Team has been Wonderful!

Love the customer service I have received with Baseball 101 , for several gift orders, during 2025!!! We just discovered the brand and are loving everything! The entire family has been SO very happy with the quality of the BL101 products - shorts, tees, hoodies, sweatpants! We have had help from customer service a couple times and they have been fantastic! - Angela

Great customer service experience

Love baseball 101! My son loves the clothing and i think everything we ordered has been very high quality. I recently had an issue where the gift box for spending a certain amount was not included- i emailed them and they fixed it within a day. Very happy and will order again

Thank you for correcting my mistake of using the wrong shipping address … this purchase is a Christmas gift for my 2 baseball playing grandsons and I’m excited to see their faces when they get it ❤️ thank you again. I was treated so kind and appreciate it.

I had made a mistake on my order. Customer service was very patient and understanding! They, after digging and figuring out my mistake, handled it quickly and efficiently!
Couldn’t have been better!

Best Customer Service!

I reached out to customer service about an issue related to my order, and I was so very impressed with quick they responded and resolved my problem! They understood the mistake I made and made it right with no questions asked. The best customer service I've received in a long time. Very impressed! Can't wait to receive my order and make my baseball loving boys' holiday!

Great customer service experience

My son wears this brand like it is the only clothes available. We ordered some new stuff for school clothes and when it came in we noticed the quality of the fabric in the shirt had changed. Better, softer, and lighter. But it was smaller than the old cotton stuff too.
I sent an email to them not sure what to do or even if they would respond.
They responded within an hour or so and asked for pictures of the product.
I sent them and they immediately responded by dealing with my issue and making it right. I cannot say enough good things about their response and their commitment to making things right.
I see these other reviews here but that was NOT my experience.
Thanks to them for being on top of their game.

Still waiting on a refund for an item…

Still waiting on a refund for an item that I returned, USPS tracking has the return delivered on 7/16. It’s now 9/9 and still nothing. I’ve emailed customer service 3 times, received 1 email back but still no refund!

Frustrated With My Baseball101 Experience

I’ve always liked Baseball101 as a brand, but my recent experiences have been disappointing given how expensive their products are. I spent over $700 on one order, and when it arrived one pair of shorts was the wrong size and the three pairs of socks I paid $25 for were missing. I emailed the company three times before anyone ever responded to correct the issue.

Prior to that, I purchased a $90 backpack for my son. Within four weeks of regular use, both zippers broke. For the price point this brand charges, I expected much higher quality and better customer service.

I still like Baseball101’s style and reputation, but the quality control and customer service need major improvement. For a premium brand charging premium prices, this experience has been honestly very disappointing.

Good product, HORRIBLE business skills

Took a month to get 1 of 2 pairs of shorts as they "refunded" the other pair without even letting me know. These were for my 12 yr old who wanted them for summer and now cooler weather is coming so probably won't fit him by the time he can really put them to use. On top of that, the "refund" was fully applied to a gift card he had gotten (even though I also paid some cash) and they want to charge me another $10 to ship a new replacement order
