Fantastic service, highly recommend.

Bobby has just looked after my Re- mortgage and from the very start right through to completion nothing was too much trouble. It’s a rare commodity these days great customer service and Bobby has this in spades. I am genuinely over the moon with the service provided and I would not hesitate to recommend black and gold to anybody who needs financial advice. Thanks Bobby, you’re a star.

Wow! Where do i start. Bobby is fantastic at what she does. Her knowledge of the industry is second to none. When i started looking for our re mortgage i didn't think we would be able to get with a high street lender due to previous mining activity within the property boundary. Most lenders wouldn't even consider a mortgage on the property however Bobby managed to get us placed with Barclays which was a shock as this saved us 5 years on our term and a few hundred pounds a month.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bobby to any of my friends and family as i know she will treat them with the same great service we received.

Bobby knows what she is talking about. From my first meeting with Bobby she explained everything to me about what information she needed and what I needed to find out.
Life Insurance can seem like a mind field of options but having someone like Bobby who doesn't pressurise or rush you into buying an unnecessary high amount of life cover is exactly what you want from your financial advisor. Bobby took the time and still does whenever I contact her to talk me through my decisions and the reasons why I think I need certain cover.
