Hi Simon, we would like to get the facts straight on this one as your review is incredibly biased.
You have made a booking with us and your booking required packaging and documents at the pickup site which are both additional services. If these are required you will need to tell us before we provide you a quote. You have agreed to a cost increase which we have invoiced to you after completing the job.
After the job was complete, we did not receive any payment for the invoice. We were unable to contact you despite many attempts, and therefore after some time your account had been submitted to a collections agency for further action.
Since then, you have contacted us and we have been advising you to contact the collections agency as they are now handling your account. You have not asked for any return phone calls and you have not sent us any emails as you state in your review.
I also note that your invoice has still not been paid to date. It is always disappointing when people wish to use our services without paying for them, however flooding all of our pages with reviews is an unprofessional and counterintuitive practice. We are always available to assist you via phone or email, however you have chose not to contact us or return any of our contact attempts whilst the invoice was still outstanding.
With this in mind, we invite you to reconsider your review, or at the very minimum to pay your invoice for the services we have provided you as agreed.

In reply to your amended review, we request that you submit a payment receipt to us. I can confirm an invoice was sent to you on August 21st, and a reminder email following that. We have not received any emails from you regarding this shipment since the pickup release form was provided by your assistant on the 28th of July.
