Great quality items
Great quality items have made Black Maple a go-to in our house. And the delivery time isn’t bad at all for international orders.
Seriously, the heft and construction of the sweats and t-shirts are next level, but at a price you’d pay for lesser items elsewhere.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad to hear you think the shirt is cute. We also appreciate your feedback about the material. Lighter-coloured shirts can sometimes have a more lightweight feel, but we understand that everyone has their own preference when it comes to fabric weight.
Thanks again for your support.

Haven’t gotten it yet
Haven’t gotten it yet, but it did ship out fairly quickly. I blame Canada Post. It would be good to have an option to use another carrier.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad to hear your order shipped out fairly quickly.
We’re sorry to hear that Canada Post is taking longer than expected with the delivery. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times can unfortunately be outside our control. We appreciate your feedback about having additional carrier options and will certainly keep it in mind.
We hope your order arrives very soon, and we appreciate your patience.

Great quality shirt
Great quality shirt. Great fabric and transfer. Fits excellent. Would have bought the Canadian made version but preferred the colour option of the import (over white)

I got a mystery package t shirt
I got a mystery package t shirt. It was a fun way of sampling the company! The shirt was cool but way too small. I asked for a ladies x large and it was barely a medium. Definitely size up! Otherwise, enjoy!

Great variety, Canadian choices
I am impressed by the variety of Canadian geared clothing options. The quality of the hoodie I ordered was excellent and SO cozy! Delivery did take longer than expected. I eventually received an email explaining that they were moving locations and that my order had finally shipped. I completely understand, but it would have been nice to receive that information sooner after placing my order. I wouldn't have cancelled, just would have been if comfort to me to receive that info sooner.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review! We’re so glad to hear you’re impressed with the variety of Canadian-themed clothing options and that you’re enjoying the quality and coziness of your hoodie.
We also appreciate your understanding regarding the delivery delay. The move to our new location was a sudden decision due to circumstances beyond our control, and we wish we had known about it sooner ourselves so we could have communicated the situation to our customers earlier. We completely understand how helpful it would have been to receive that information sooner.
