I wish more companies were like these guys I placed a order Tuesday night and had it by Thursday morning. Very pleased with the Black Note Pod System it hit just right and didn't have to press a button to get a hit. The tip doesn't get warm and it holds more than a days worth of juice.

They sold defective equipment and when I asked for a refund they called it a “one time courtesy”. Getting money back for defective merchandise should be common practice and never a courtesy. There are better places to shop for Vape merch.

Ordered the Smok Mag-18 and some spare coils on August 20th. Package arrived 3 days early on the 22nd and they even threw in their Black Note Change vape. Paid 50$ for the mag-18 when local shops were charging 130$+! Very satisfied customer here!

Great shipping, the expedited shipping had it at my house in less than 4 days and received what I ordered. This was a great product and they even had a video on how to use it.

I needed to replace my voopoo battery pack mainly? The vape shops are a rip off these days so I was willing to keep taping the battery door of my current battery pack shut until I could find a fair price. I found Black Note online and they offered free shipping and only 60 bucks for a starter kit which came with everything except batteries which I already have. The delivery took about 3 days and the product arrived in flawless condition. I could not be happier.

I was sent a defective product and tried to communicate with their customer service team. I then found out they do not have one.... Someone replied to my first message after a few days with the standard response that I'm probably doing something wrong. I replied with another message detailing everything I tried and offering to send a video showing what was happening. I got a Whats app number to send a video to and could not get a response for another week. Finally had a message that they would give me a store credit for the device. I protested that the shipping cost was pretty close to the cost of a new one and no reply, just a store credit showed up. Thanks for shipping be a defective product and making me take 3 weeks to get a response only to have to pretty much eat the cost anyways. They really don't care.

Black Note is the only e-liquid I have used since discovering it several years back. Wanting to quit smoking, I had tried several 'tobacco-flavored' e-liquids but all were just terrible and intolerably chemical-tasting, so I had no luck. Thankfully, I found Black Note's NET and ordered the sample pack. I knew I had a winner from the first puff and I haven't had a cigarette since!

All of Black Note's flavors are solid, but some are bolder than others. I smoked strong Natural American Spirit Black cigarettes (Perique) and so 'Cigar' is my go-to vape. I occasionally buy a bottle of 'Cavendish' or 'Latakia,' when the mood strikes. Some say they are a bit pricy, but man...this is a case where you get what you pay for. You can taste it with every puff!

Black Note always has top-notch customer service, too. For example, I called them when I learned of the 'PACT Act,' fearing I wouldn't be able to buy their products. The friendly rep assured me there would be no problems (you can order nicotine through the mail, but not vapes..brilliant politicians!) When I opened my next order, they had thrown in several extra bottles for free! Shipping is always 100% accurate and incredibly fast via USPS, from California to Georgia. Give them a try, you won't regret it!
