Not satisfied with the car
Not satisfied with the car. Too much issues with their vehicle. Not even proper assistance and blamed me for the issues in the car which were literally showing up after covering 7 miles since I took the car.

I have experience a very bad customer experience from this car rental company. I would request everyone if you want to have a good positive trip or experience with the car rental please prefer another car rental company.

Worst experience of booking a car ever
Worst experience of booking a car ever. Host will cancel the last moment. No respect for their customer’s as well. It’s a shame to even rate them 1 star. Ladies & gentlemen please be careful and prefer renting a car from another car rentals instead of BSF car rental.

What a professional service
What a professional service. Plenty of choice of vehicles. Staff go out of their way to please. I'll use Black Star Fleet again and again.

Quality service and no hassle
Used Black Star Fleet recently and it was all pretty straightforward. Booking was easy, no hassle, and everything was explained clearly. The car was really good and exactly what I expected. Pick up and drop off was smooth too.
Would definitely use them again.
