Blackstone Surveyors Opiniones

I ordered a homebuyers report and it was lovely to notice that a valuation was included in the price, and the turnaround was very quick. The director was very professional, called me once he had visited to discuss his preliminary findings and provided me with a comprehensive report a few days later. There were findings which not all surveys would have found I am sure, so I am happy with the service offered and this was excellent value for money. He also provided the valuation and was happy to change this following any quotations sought as a result of the findings. Highly recommended. (East London)

Blackstone Surveyors were very helpful. Quick to communicate and respond to questions, patient as we dealt with a hold up to our sale, and efficient when providing the survey. Great service, we would use again

Outstanding in every way. Called them on Friday, come to the property on Saturday, received the survey report on Sunday! I had additional requirements in order to supply the survey to the shared ownership organisation as we are buying the property out. Blackstone listened to everything I asked and didn’t miss a thing. Outstanding.

Prompt Service
We were very pleased with the speed that the Surveyor dealt with us with reassurance throughout from beginning to end of the service.
Would highly recommend.

Very efficient service and good communication. More importantly, they are reassuring and offer to follow up on any questions in future.

Excellent
Was contacted in a short time.
Very Knowledgeable Very Courteous
Valuation Report was extremely thorough
Would not hesitate to recommend this Company

I used this Company for a homebuyers survey for a house that I was in the process of buying.
The surveyor phoned me prior to the survey to ask if I had specific concerns that I wanted him to pay special attention to, which was reassuring. This was along with the usual survey which was as detailed as expected.
He then called me immediately the survey and again after providing his report. Both conversations were extremely helpful as he clearly articulated the important points and answered all of my queries (which were quite lengthy!).
I couldn't fault his service and level of expertise at all. I thoroughly recommend this company for homebuyer surveys.

Outstanding service, my instructions were understood clearly by Blackstone, their service was excellent and finished before the deadline. They combined attention to details with excellent customer service at a reasonable price

Review about a Homebuyer's Survey that happened in early September.

Will detail below, but in short, we are extremely happy about our experience dealing with Blackstone Surveyors, as everything went above our expectations.

I found about Blackstone Surveyors on a comparison website, around mid-August. The lack of review at the time (I understand that this is a newly founded company) made us hesitate initially, but again, we are glad that we chose them for the survey.

1- After requesting for quote, we received a call from the company Director, who wanted to have more information about the property we are buying, and make sure that the survey type chosen is adequate, etc. This was very reassuring as the whole process of buying a house can sometimes be quite daunting, for non-experienced buyers.

2- We requested to be meet the surveyor at the property at the end of the survey, and I am very glad we did. The surveyor did a run-through with us, and although the property was in very good condition, explained us in detail points of attention. Everything is contained in the report, but I think that this really helped us appreciate all the important bits.

3- We received the report after 2 days. No surprise there, as we had already discussed with the surveyor right after the survey. We were however contacted again the day after to go over any part that we would have question on. The report was very thorough, and contained among other things a list of recommended questions to submit to sellers, which was extremely helpful.

All in all, it was an excellent experience. I would recommend wholeheartedly Blackstone Surveyors, and would not hesitate using their service again if I were to move home.

At a time when most lenders were conducting desktop valuations, I needed a competent surveying company to provide adequate validation that the property I wanted to buy was indeed worth the money. I sourced around and eventually ended up with Blackstone Surveyors…I am so happy I did! They were brilliant and implemented their functions efficiently. They were very prompt in responding to my emails and phone calls, they conducted their inspection, spoke to me after and conveyed their observations and subsequent recommendations before compiling a detailed report that was sent to me. The main thing that impressed me the most was after they were fully paid they remained professional and the level of service never dropped...without a doubt I will be recommending them to my friends and business contacts. Thank you, Blackstone Surveyors.

Brilliant prompt professional service at a very competitive price. A thorough report delivered in a timely manner.
I definitely recommend.

RICS Valuation - the valuation was time sensitive so the director turned it around really quickly for. Fast and reliable.

Great price and a great service.
Blackstone Surveyors offered the best price of all the quotes I received, when I was looking to obtain a valuation report to supply to Target HCA to redeem my Help to Buy loan. Blackstone made a prompt appointment at a time which suited me, and the report followed within 48 hours. Would recommend.

Great experience, so glad I chose to go with Blackstone for my building survey. They were kind, thorough in the work and explained everything fully so I felt I understood clearly. Quick to get the survey booked in and the report back to me. Would highly recommend if you are looking to get a building survey done.

Excellent service and follow up. Would highly recommend.

The surveyor was prompt and reliable, and went out of his way to carry out the inspection and produce the Home Buyer's Report as quickly as possible for us. The report itself was detailed and very helpful, and the surveyor proactively contacted us to find out if we had any follow up questions. He was very professional and helpful in answering all our questions and providing further advice which greatly assisted with our property purchase. The whole process was so easy and efficient, we were really impressed with the service. Great value for money.

Great Service Would Highly Recommend Very Professional.

We highly recommend this firm of Surveyors. The overall customer service which we received was 5* easily.

The company booked us in without any delays and attended punctually. The Surveyor was very professional and answered all our queries both in person and once the report was sent over.

We found even after they had been paid that the level of customer service remained high.

The content of the RICs homebuyers survey report was extremely useful for the purchase of our property. I would highly recommend this to any person who is in the process of purchasing a property. Absolutely no details were missed even small defects were recorded which was useful. With the report we were able to arrange for the Seller to complete the necessary repairs before the sale was proceed which saved us a considerable amount of money.

Nothing was to much trouble and the homebuyers survey that we booked was sent over very quickly. The high level of service that we received exceeded our expectations.

We have recommended the surveyors and will continue to do so in the future as it is hard to come by professional, hardworking honest cost effective companies nowadays.

Our surveyor was prompt and puntual and professional. He turned the survey around really quickly and was a great help overall. We were able to ask lots of simple questions of him as first time buyers and he always went out of his way to help us out and navigate the process.

No messing about. Quick, easy and reliable. Will definitely be using and recommending to family/friends.
