I found working with Mark and his team at Blacktower FM a fantastic experience. They were at all times very professional in their advice, provided a very solid and relevant solution to ours requirements and attentive at all times.

Even sorting out our transfer of funds from the then current provider, which was a really difficult situation to manage, but Mark and his team persisted and closed the deal, without Blacktower's assistances, we would still be trying to close out today.

All in all a great experience working with Mark and the Blacktower team and I would highly recommend their services to anybody who is in need of financial advise and planning.

My wife and I first contacted Mark Hollingsworth around the year 2012. Since then over the years, we have encountered one or two financial situations of concern. At these times, Mark was on hand providing guidance and assistance, bringing us peace of mind.

To this day our financial matters are safely settled, but even so, Mark remains our one and only go to financial advisor should any concerns or queries come to light.

Excellent service from Keith. Although I have some knowledge of investments and knew what we wanted to invest in, Keith still took time to explain the other options available before we proceeded. He also helped us when we needed to release money from the investment to purchase a property. Would recommend Keith to anyone needing financial advice, particularly if you are new to investments.

I was referred to Blacktower's nearby representative (Sally Tilly) by a mutual friend. The advice and customer care, covering all aspects of my investment including tax and inheritance issues, were excellent. The 'after sale' contacts to keep me informed and provide additional guidance as required have also been good, at a level of my choosing without too-frequent communications for my passive long-term investment but readily available when requested.

In our experience, Blacktower provide a high quality service. They have provided us with excellent and thorough advice, setting up a fairly complex and very tax-efficient international structure for our investments. Their initial charges were significantly lower than a leading competitor's, and the ongoing costs are very close to what we were paying for a far less detailed investment structure in the UK. Manuela Robinson and her team are extremely friendly, efficient and responsive - very approachable and willing to help and advise at all stages of the relationship, not to mention thorough in their research and in the advice they give. The majority of the funds they have chosen for us have outperformed the market; the only reason we have given 4 stars not 5 is that one such fund (in which we are no longer invested) proved a big disappointment.
