The company representative contact and asked to send delivery address since 9am but the delivery staff contact at 6pm and requested to send again the delivery address.

Very low quality service. I have received my Birthday bouquet which was to throw away the next day. The flowers they put are already expired. And the service level is absolutely terrible. They started to blame me and reassure me that it’s normal to have flowers after one day like this. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

2 bouquets have been delivered late even though I communicated the requests through their whatsapp. Waste of money. The flowers didn't arrive fresh. I don't even want to give a star.

Ordered a bouquet of 30 roses in a box for my wife on our anniversary. The flowers were delivered with some random couples name on the card! Given the occasion, I was not impressed. After the weekend I contacted them and they were unaware of what had happened. They apologized and promised to send another bouquet with the right card. 2 days later a bunch of 10 average roses arrives with no card? Given their premium pricing, this is a very basic failure so not sure I am coming back.

Not accommodating, poor customer service, none of them speak proper english, the driver doesn't speak english at all. Not recommended
