Had a Blackvue Gold dash cam installed on a new Toyota Corolla Cruise. Unfortunately Toyota did not set it up correctly, and after 2 separate low battery incidents, I called Blackvue Australia’s Tech Service.
Spoke with Alex who was an incredibly professional, well informed and patient Tech Support person. Lots of kudos.
He helped configure the software through the app that enabled setting a low voltage cut off setting.
No change in performance, and no flat battery.
Easy peasey.
What a delight to have such a great support organization for a great product.

Amelia was really good. She helped me walk through the steps of getting the Wi-Fi connection to work on my new Elite 8. she was very patient because I'm a bit slow.

Really pleased with the service from BlackVue Australia / Auto BlackBox. My dashcam developed a fault outside the standard warranty period, but they still offered a fair-priced factory refurbished replacement with a 6-month warranty rather than leaving me stranded. When I flagged that my rear camera mount and adhesive tab were missing, Ben from the support team sorted a replacement without any fuss, dispatched via Express post. Communication throughout was quick and genuinely helpful. Would recommend.

Alex was very prompt in replying to my problem and followed it through to a satisfactory conclusion. As I am 85 years old he explained the proceedure in steps I could understand which was absolutely necessary as this is the first Dash Cam I have had installed.. First class support.

We've had Blackvue products for about five years now I think, and I've had cause to ask for help a few times. Today was yet another time, and I've got to say Alex was outstanding, could not have been more helpful and obliging. This is not the first time I've posted a great review for these guys, possibly the third time over maybe give years. Andrew was also extremely helpful and these two chaps are typical of the people I've dealt with over recent years.
I've recommended these dashcams to two others who have bought them in the past, and they are very happy too.
I'm just saying how highly I rate the service and products, and thanks to these people.

Adam knew exactly how to help. He directed me through different ‘pages’ of the app on my phone, knew expertly how to get me to a certain page, knew what I needed to know (as a dash cam virgin), what best to set different menu options at for my purposes & led me thru everything with professional patience & know how. It was such a relief & delight, to work thru it all with him & also, to speak to such a good human! Thank you so much!

Contacted Company in Osborne Park WA for a replacement SD Card and whilst fitting to dashcam they recognized an issue with the camera accepting the SD Card. After reviewing Company advised an internal component had broken within the dashcam so they offered to replace the camera under warranty. At all times the staff very extremely approachable and helpful, especially Adam (Support Officer). I experienced a Blackvue dashcam failure and reached out to Blackvue’s Australian distributor, Autoblackbox support staff who are based in Perth Western Australia.
Their phone and email support was absolutely brilliant.
Chaim was able to provide some very well explained technical information and suggestions on how to restore functionality.
To further help fix the ongoing issue he sent via Express Post, a replacement rear dashcam unit at no cost me, which ultimately fixed the problem.
This is the best customer experience that I’ve had in decades, bar none!
I can highly recommend Blackvue and their distributor Autoblackbox, they have the best dashcam products and even better staff to help you.

Kieran was incredibly helpful and professional and knowledgeable. I am very appreciative of his time and attention to detail. He also demonstrated empathy and understanding around my lack of tech knowledge and I left the conversation with a better understanding of your product and tech in general.

As soon as I started speaking to Adam I felt he knew what he was doing, he worked through the problem step by step with me and figured out what was wrong and fixed the issue
