We don’t normally leave reviews but felt this one was deserved. Everything was done exactly as promised and the finished garden room is even better than we expected. It’s been built to a really high standard and we’d happily use Blackwood again.
The installation team were brilliant. Friendly, hardworking and happy to answer any questions while they were here. You can tell they care about doing a good job rather than just getting finished as quickly as possible. Delighted with the end result.
Couldn’t fault the service. From the first enquiry right through to completion everything was handled professionally. The quality is excellent and it’s already become one of the most used spaces in the house. Definitely money well spent.
Really impressed with Blackwood. We’d done quite a bit of research beforehand and they stood out because they were honest and straightforward. No hidden surprises and everything happened when they said it would. Very happy customers.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Communication was always quick and any questions we had were answered straight away. The quality of the build is spot on and it feels like a proper extension to the house rather than just another garden building.

Very happy with the finished result. The workmanship is excellent and the attention to detail really shows. The team worked hard, kept everything tidy and left the garden cleaner than when they arrived. Would happily recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a garden room.

The whole process was much easier than we expected. We never felt under any pressure and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The garden room has turned out exactly how we hoped and we’re already using it every day.

We looked at quite a few companies before deciding on Blackwood and we’re glad we did. The quality is excellent and everything was explained clearly from the beginning. The installers were polite, tidy and clearly took pride in their work. Couldn’t really ask for more.

Really pleased with the whole experience. Communication was good throughout, the team turned up when they said they would, and the finished garden room looks great. There were a couple of small things we wanted adjusting at the end, which were sorted straight away without any fuss. Would definitely recommend.
