Don’t buy from this company! When you do buy something, you’re automatically signed up for a subscription that is $29 a month, which is supposed to give you ‘perks’. When I saw the charges on my account, I contacted the company, they said they wouldn’t refund me, so I told them I’d write reviews telling buyers to be aware of this company. They quickly said they wouldn’t refund my money, but one month and many unanswered emails later, I haven’t received my $60 (two months worth of their subscription fee). This company is a scam and the jewelry I did receive was junk (a tennis necklace that they claimed wouldn’t flip, yet I couldn’t get it to stay the right way for even a minute)

Received the no flip tennis necklace and it flips!!! On top of that they are charged me 29.99 for a VIP membership the next month which I never signed up for. I have contacted them and put in a dispute with my credit company.

I purchased 2 tennis necklaces. The clasps are difficult to get on and off. The stones turn downward when you put on the necklace, which totally defeats the purpose of the necklace. I have reached out to Blanca a few times. They have sent me videos on how to put the necklace on. Reviewed the video multiple times and never worked. Reached out to them again and all I received was, "were sorry." Do not purchase a tennis necklace from them.

Terrible, false adversising of tennis necklaces, couldn't return item and then after the purchase they also charged my card a random fee of $29.99 for 2 months till I noticed it on my credit card statement.

I purchased tennis necklace which was supposed to be waterproof however it tarnished after a few months. Their website says defective items will be replaced within a year. However they have refused to replace it or provide compensation. Their guarantee is a joke. I will not buy from them again.

Not waterproof as described. Do not reply to contact via the website. Avoid.
