Excellent service from these guys. I got a thorough report and after the report was issued, Matt the surveyor welcomed any calls I had and discussed any issues I raised about the property with me. From the initial phonecall, to the extensive report, through to the follow up emails - just to check in with us and that all was okay. Honestly couldn’t thank Jessica at Blanking Associates enough. She went above and beyond to help us, working late hours into the evening when I was annoying her with emails and phone calls! Jessica even drafted emails for me to send to our estate agents to fight our corner. Delivered the report on time, the surveyor was friendly and answered all of my questions. Overall painless experience, will use again in the future and would 100% recommend.

They were very responsive and helpful however the report contains numerous standard wordings regarding to extension/conversion/conservatory which doesn’t apply to my house. It caused confusion to my solicitors and lender.
