This is a scam. They cheat. It is some Chinese website that has nothing to do with the US. They are getting naive people to buy something that is worth cents at the price of 20-30 USD.
I received my order - "Handcrafted Reader Night Light" and was shocked. It had nothing to do with the beautiful photos on their website. Besides, it was broken not just because of transportation but mainly because of its low quality.
I asked for an address to return it and wanted a refund. They answered they were so sorry, and that I could keep the broken junk without bothering to send it back. They were sending another one! I answered that I had kept with all the requirements of their return policy, and wanted to send them the junk back and my money back.
No response so far.

Complete scam. I never received my order! And when i write to them, their email returns as « mail delivery subsystem » as if the email adress does not exist. Avoid buying on this website!

Bought boston ferns "supposed to be" .
Picture showed lush full basket like product, but it is one plastic stick with leave on it.

Text & pictures of a beautiful HAND CARVED wooden wall plaque, but they sent an ugly plastic CHEAP CAST with uneven thickness and SMALLER than the original shown.
ISSUES ARE textually DENIED AND DISMISSED but still, after some mails to and fro, a REFUND (partial instead of promised full) was made.

I bought the mini ornament book Advent calendar. The web showed some cute "hardcover" books, but what I got were cheap pamphlets. Seems pretty dishonest. Definitely not worth what I paid. They said, "This is the product we sell" when I wrote to them for a refund.

I purchased a mini book ornament advent calendar. The product was not at all like what was advertised. On the site, it was mini books with hard covers and a typical book binding. Instead, what was sent was cheap paper that was stapled together and hole-punched for a string. I was very disappointed and reached out to start a return. Instead of a return, they asked for photos. I sent photos to customer service and they said their product was “flawless” and would not help me. Total scam.

The White Lightweight Jeans I ordered are Perfect for All Weather, they have a Wonderful Fit and are very becoming! I seen them on the Internet and they were what I was looking for! I love my leopard print dress from Blauzone. I kept seeing this cute dress on the internet and finally decided to check it out. Well it is adorable and I get tons of compliments. I contacted customer service to ask more questions about sizing and the response was quickly answered. I also found out that they sell beautiful items for the home. What a lucky find! You won't be disappointed.

Product Was not quite what i expected. I contacted customer service and they replied fairly quickly . They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to cover shipping cost for return snd a full refund.

My order was delayed. I wrote and they followed up quickly. It is May 1st. No notice of either shipping or refund my order. Beware !!

Product was never delivered and the I was given a full refund.

The advertised offer for the car track set seemed a little confusing, but after querying it, the really great communication offered me a free set.
Excellent customer service.

Please do not be fooled into purchasing pearls from this company. They are NOT AKOYA pearls from Japan. They are plastic cover counterfeit. They are not worth anything. They are literally stealing your money if you buy them. Buyer beware!
