Great flavors in all the vape juices, the delivery is always on time and reasonable price.

I ordered some e liquid and a few replacement cartridges for my vape, I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. The order arrived 8 days later completely destroyed, the cartridges smashed and the bottle of liquid had broken and leaked throughout the package. I contacted Blazed Vapes 8 different times for a refund through phone and email and eventually just gave up, if you want to pay someone $50 for nothing they'll gladly take it.

One of my favorite tobacco stores. Always a great choice of tobacco and good quality stuff. Just as simply excellent service, sellers are trying to pick up production exactly according to your personal preferences.

They only shipped part of my order and wont return any of my emails. I do not recommend buying anything from them.

Terrible! DO NOT use this company! They sent part of my order and will not respond to any of my emails or messages on Facebook Messanger. They ripped me off! I received my shipping number the day after I received part of my order. Tracking number shows all delivered, that's a lie! I suggest you look elsewhere if you're looking for online vape shops. I will not be using this company again.

Normally, I don't have any issues with their customer service. My complaints are more about their website. Multiple times now, I have spent hours picking products and putting them in my cart only to have the website refresh on it's own, and completely empty my cart out of the blue, with me actively shopping their site. Incredibly frustrating because I cant go back and remember each one I added, so they will naturally get much less of my money because of that. The other issue is, their website is notoriously about 98% out of stock, on everything and it's very rare that they replenish anything, which is completely stupid because they are missing so many sales.

Dont shop here unless you want to "borrow" them your money for a week or more. Made an order and 4 days later I get an email stating they were canceling my order due to unforseen circumstances. Bull crap they prob sold out if the product, but why did they wait until 4 days later.

Placed an order with them, and paid for priority shipping. I received an email that the product was delivered, but never got the product. I looked into it more and the product was delivered to another address no where close to my house. I attempted to call/email them a few times to figure out what happened, but no one will return my call or answer my email. Terrible customer service, at this point I just want my money back, and will never order through them again.

One of the most reasonably priced vape shops online. They offer special financing through viaBill, a huge plus and primary reason they've become my new #1 supplier for smoking cessation. My entire family of vapers depend on them.
