Takes so long to process and ship an order. Last time I ordered I ordered on a Tuesday and got my package the next Monday. Too avoid that I ordered on Monday and the same thing is going to happen again

Customer service nightmare

Blazed vapes is my favorite vape store to date. They always have multiple items I want/need and very fast shipping so I dont have to wait at all.

Needed some new atomizers for my Joyetech vape pen (I was down to my last one from another company). Deliver was quick and pain free. I will continue to order from you! Thank you so very much. I love the fast and excellent service I always receive when I shop at Blazed Vapes.

I worked in customer service for over 13 years. I know how to keep a customer coming back. Apparently, this company doesn't. There is no contact number on your website and email response doesn't happen in a timely manner, if at all. I'm having issues with a product and haven't been able to speak with anyone. I purchased the vaporesso luxe 220w kit and not only did it not come as advertised, the stupid thing leaks everywhere. Changing the o rings, coil, and making sure everything is nice and tight hasn't done anything. It still leaks, wasting all my juice. I understand it is probably a defective product and that's not the company's fault but the lack of response from thier customer service department has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be shopping here again or reccomend to anyone.

Ships really fast and I contacted customer service and they replied very fast and were helpful. they seem to have alot of new mods and e juice. Would recommend!
