No response from them ever! I sent probably 4 or 5 emails in about 2 weeks time, some about package eta and then about a malfunctioning device I got from them, i never got back an answer and now im dealing with the manufacturer in repairing my device. all they had to do was honor their returns agreement and process an exchange this was a pretty expensive device. 1st time customer last time I get screwed.

**NEW EDIT**Just to add a little to this. They ended up reaching out to me after a few days. And the resolved my issue.

I had no issue ordering the product, but the main issue I had/have is I always look where the company is located because I hate to wait forever for a product to ship. Now I looked at the about us section on there site and it says that they are located in New Jersey, Great cause I am from NJ myself and shipping will be a few days if that. When I finally received tracking I check it and found out my product was coming from Las Vegas..I was like why, I thought they were from NJ, so I emailed the company and found out there warehouse is in Las Vegas. To me that is fraud cause you posted you are located in NJ. If that's the case let everyone know where your warehouse is and your central office and not lead us to believe you are located in NJ which in turn you are not and you are basically in Vegas. Now back to product shipping , I did receive product somewhat quick but I was already mislead to believe it was coming from NJ. I doubt if I will order from the company again for that main reason. I know its no big deal but to me it is especially when I hate to wait for my order to be delivered.

i love how you guys don't ask for any intrusive personal information like my social security or Drivers licence #, it was definitely the deciding factor in picking Blazed Vapes over other online vape sites

Good reliable site but some newer juice would be good

All of the items i bought were exactly as they were described on the site. It was shipped right away so i got it pretty quick. Prices are great and the NOTCH RDA is wicked and ready to go right from the box to my mods. The vape is excellent and i can over drip like a mad man and no leaking. I stick to the 15 drops on each coil when adding juice. The NOTCH is the best kept secret in vaping right now in my opinion.

Maybe they shouldn't get Blazed at work. I have tried three times to order Dablabz Pink lemonade kit and each time I received the wrong kit. Sorry three strikes and your out Balzed vapes
