These guys are crooks, i sent back a product and never got a refund on it, it has been over 6 months. I have emailed them multiple times but they don't respond. I paid $150 for a chain that turned my neck blue, i didn't even get it wet. Steer clear of this pathetic company and the garbage they sell.

This company appears to be run by a single individual, which may explain the lack of adequate support. Despite having an ideal setup, they seem unable to operate effectively. I'm very disappointed with both the company and its product. My purchase discolored within a week of owning it. I requested the return address, which is suspiciously absent from their website, and have yet to receive a response. Their policy states returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, but without a response, this is impossible to comply with.

The company has clearly invested heavily in social media marketing, which has likely driven their sales. However, there's no support to follow through on these sales. Given the poor quality of the product and lack of customer service, I would never purchase from this company again. Additionally, all their products are sourced from China, resulting in very long delivery times. I'm still waiting for a response.

I decided to give this company a try and the quality is okay, I got the buy one get 3 free but they just sent me 2 of the same design and another 2 of the same design chains, which shows a completely different chain than on the website which I couldn't even get a hold of anybody I tried emails and dm on Instagram but nothing worked, they haven't turned my neck green yet so far so it's pretty good on that since I wipe it down everyday and kept it pretty dry

Their product looks good on their website but their customer service is the worse that I've ever experienced. Believe me, I've read a number of reviews saying the same thing but I was foolish and tried it for myself.

I have sent over 20 emails to Blaze ice with only 1 response from a Kim. Both my iced tennis bracelet and necklace are too short. I gave the tennis bracelet to a lady friend because I couldn't latch it on my wrist and my necklace looks like a ladies chocker because it is also too short.

- Kim offered me a replacement unit but I must pay an additional $12.95 for shipping.
I expressed: "Why must I pay for this when I didn't make the mistake?"

- I did try to get this replacement and IT DID NOT WORK EITHER!

SHE OR NO ONE ELSE HAS RESPONDED AFTER 19 EMAILS.

- I cannot tell you about the quality because I haven't been able to wear either.

- The look of them is okay but realize that on their site it is much more enhanced.

IF you're like many of us who are impressed by their website, you'll probably also take a chance and buy a chain or two.

Hopefully you'll have a better experience than myself and others but if not... I TRIED TO WARN YOU!!!

Scam scam scam I ordered a few weeks ago never got a update on my order to be shipped they don't respond to your emails just a horrible experience 🤬

They never sent me my chain or emailed me back I reached out back to back and haven’t got nothing

I ordered a necklace and was suppose to get two free bracelets and I haven’t gotten a notice or anything and this was at the beginning of May, no email no nothing. SMH scamming is real!!

I ordered a necklace in January of 2024. I got a notice of incomplete address. They said they would re-ship once it was returned to their warehouse. I've corresponded with their "customer service" at least 14 times to get my order or get a refund. No luck with either! Don't order from this place!!! SCAM!

The product is cheap it’s costume jewelry for real doesn’t look real at all u can tell it’s fake big time!!!!

So I ordered a product off blaze ice the product in question is the 14mm iced out cubin chain well I order it and receive my tracking number and order in 10 business days I wanna say 11 it just arrived today well when I get it they said it would come with a box and dust bag and little other things it didn't come with any of the said items ot came with it was delivered in a small white bag coiled up and all in tangles I struggled for a bit but got it looking back right needless to say be careful what you order online especially when it says the chain was 10 dollars and come out to be 60 or 70 after shipping

I waited for a few weeks. Got a tracking number which can’t be found. Then contacted them the email. And was told it not there fault contact the carrier. Which I did and they could not find the tracking number anywhere. I will be in touch with my bank and tell them this was scam. I had high hope that they was a real shop and that they was good ppl. But again proven wrong.

Will take your money and not send your items. Placed an order back in January, never received a confirmation email, a shipping email but my money was removed from my account immediately
Then when you reach out, they say they can't find your order. Then they magically find it and tell you to contact the delivery service although the delivery service is not who took your money. They will say they are not responsible for your order that you placed with Blaze once it is in the delivery service's possession. THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

They aren't even accredited with the better business bureau.

I ordered a chain in December.
The chain was shipped to an incomplete address. It was never redirected to me after I had updated the address several times. It is now March heading into April and the communication has been sparse and when they do They just give me the runaround. They put everything on the shipping company whom they say they trust but it all seems like a scam. When I asked for a refund, they told me to return the chain undamaged.Lol.How am I going to return something I never had.🤦🏾

Took 2 months to finally deliver and after waiting for so long, just opening 1 of them was a struggle and it was broken upon it being opened!

Ordered a Cuban link chain in January, made multiple attempts to contact customer service which all failed when on their website states 7-10 business days to recieve item. It is now march 2nd and still no item. Horrible customer service and item is Chinese made.

Placed and order 2/2/24. It is 2/22/24. I still haven't received my order. I regret not ordering from my favorite GLD Shop...I have emailed the twice and no response. Sad thing it was a gift 😞

I bought a $5 chain for my 8yo son. Not only did they not ship that, they charged me $40 for stuff they claimed was in my cart. I was charged for stuff in my cart that I didn't order? Also, I didn't get a single email with an order confirmation. They just took my money and they don't plan to send me anything. Don't ever do business with this place. They are low budget scum.

Got the 3mm Rope Chain and just got it this week.. After not even 2 days after wearing it, it fell apart and broke. I tried taking it to a jeweler to get it repaired, and ITS NOT REAL WHITE GOLD. In fact, its actually steel. Talking about stealing your money for false advertisement, lack of durability, and support is non-existent. DO NOT order from here unless you want to be another victim of a scam. Would give ZERO stars if it was an option. Wholeheartedly disappointed...

I ordered a 20"& 16"cuban chain... after about 3-4 weeks it arrived however the 16"chain was missing. I have emailed them in regards to the missing chain however they are yet to reply however when I emailed when i first made the order they replied within 24 hours... it would seem after sale support does not exsist as they already have your money.

In terms of the 20"chain i received quality is straight crap! sounds very tingy and the gold colour is so yellow its hard to look at and lastly there is hardly any weight to it! It would be great for a costum party but thats it!
