I have still not received my…
I still have not received my withdrawal; it is still pending. When you ask the chatbot, you get a message that you have to keep waiting for confirmation and that you have to wait 72 hours. Then you have to wait 3 to 5 days to receive your money in your bank, if they don't ask you for more documents. I still haven't received my money; they still say they will pay in 24 hours, and that is not true.

Then it has to include the name and date. Then I have to provide another code from the bank. Every time I do something, I get a message with a new order. Another casino, "Boomsbet," figured out the details of this deposit within half an hour. This casino is taking months, and I still haven't received anything. Now I need another transaction ID. I spoke to the bank and have the transaction number and the ID, and now they're talking AGAIN about a deposit. It's terrible about that €100. So bad. Don't play here because withdrawals are such a big problem, with all sorts of documents, that I've gambled away my money.
