I can see that the measurements were amended at your request prior to dispatch, reducing the size from those originally ordered. The blinds were then manufactured and supplied to the revised measurements provided.
In your email after receiving the blinds, you acknowledged that the measurement issue was your mistake. Given this, we are disappointed to receive a one-star review, as we fulfilled the order according to the specifications requested.
We always aim to provide excellent products and service, and in this case the blinds supplied matched the measurements confirmed before production. We would appreciate it if you would reconsider the review in light of these circumstances.

The website was easy to navigate. I put in my Velux window codes (needed for exact window size), the type of blind I wanted with my colour choice together with payment details and I received the blinds the next day. I was astonished at the speed of it all and on this basis I could not help but give 5 stars to this company. My blinds fit perfectly and look a treat.

Great choice of colours. Other companies did not have the colour I wanted. Speedy delivery of sample colours. Easy ordering of roller blind. Lovely blind delivered safely & looks great in new bathroom.
