Decent blind
This company offered the colour we wanted. It was made to our measurements and delivered in a reasonable time. It was pretty straightforward to fit if you have some basic DIY skills. We are satisfied with the blind.

No drill blinds are awful
No drill blinds are awful. They slide around the wall. Tension doesnt work. Need to glue it in place.

Having reviewed this, I can see you made a claim under the Measure Safe cover that was taken out, and we subsequently sent a blind to the smaller dimensions requested. It’s possible these measurements were too small, which may have caused the fitting issues experienced.

Product OK but fitting instructions frustratingly useless
Product was as I ordered so no complaints there.
The fitting instructions were poorly laid out and confusing, with too much jargon. Diagrams inadequately labeled or not referenced to the text.

The colour is amazing and just what I…
The colour is amazing and just what I wanted it to be. The white plastic piece at the bottom edge I wasn't keen on so I got the sewing machine out and made a slip for a wooden baton to go through and it is now perfect.
Fitting was very straightforward.

Products are great - cut off for issues is to soon
Products are great, but delivery costs to the Highlands are eyewatering, and the cut-off for claiming on the service for mistakes measuring blinds is two weeks not one month. This wasn't enough for fitting them into my holiday cottage, where I had to wait for delivery, before I could schedule workmen in a changeover between guests.
Measure as close to the window as you can, and don't live north of Edinburgh or Glasgow.
Like I said, products are fine.

Excellent service
We purchased a bathroom blind. The quality is good and what you expect. Also the customer service is excellent as the first blind we received was damaged in transit. This was quickly replaced with no quibble.
