Ordered over a month ago. Sent request to ask what is the status of the order after 15 days, 15 days later still no response. No contact, no shipping details, non existant customer service.

We recently had an upgrade to our email system and your mail fell through the cracks. As mentioned on the phone, we followed up your order and it was been dispatched within the estimated delivery period listed on our website during the busy Christmas period. Exactly what I ordered
I ordered a custom made blockout roller blind. It was a good price, it arrived in a timely manner, it was the exact measurements I ordered and with the help of the video for installation, it's looking great hanging in the bedroom - thank you!

Blinds recieved exactly as designed
The blinds were really well constructed and measurements were accurate, they were also the same look and feel as the samples we received prior. So overall we are happy with the quality and look of the blinds (Blockout blinds).
The only downside is that my kids have managed to remove the chain from the gear on multiple occasions when opening/closing, this is easily popped back into place however.

In terms of the issue you are having with the kids removing the chain. The child safety device supplied with the product should stop this from happening as it contains the chain and makes you operate the chain directly under the chain drive, ie you can’t pull it sideways. It is a legal requirement to fit the child safety device. So, if you no longer have them, you can purchase replacements online or feel free to get in touch with our team and we will provide them to you again. Thanks!

Great Quality and Beautiful Zebra Blinds
OMG. This online company has performed extremely amazing. From the moment we placed our online order until we received our new Zebra blinds everything went so smoothly. Could not be happier with quality price and service. I ordered a specific size for my bus and didn’t pay a $million because it wasn’t a regular size. It arrived within a week and quality was good. Ended up going back and ordering another one. Highly recommend!

Blinds on the Net were lovely to deal with even though I purchased online.
They called me once the order was received as they were not sure about something that I had written in the comments. We sorted that out.
They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive of several companies that I had quotes from. The blinds arrived quickly which was a lovely surprise.
I got exactly what I had hoped for in the look of the blinds but I do have to say that they weren't a great quality. It gave the appearance of smudged paint in a few areas. I wasn't prepared to send them back and start all over again as I needed something in a hurry in terms of a window covering.

Beware of fixing detail!
I ordered two outside channel awning roller blinds, after reviewing diagram on website. Products arrived promptly, and seem good quality, but roller fixing is totally different from that shown online and there are no fixing instructions. Support guy sent me photos of a face mounted unit - but these are supposed to be recess fit only. Brackets protrude beyond channel significantly in the photos and one of them is outside the line of the channel - unworkable in a recess!

Thanks for your feedback David. Side channel awnings are only designed for a recess fit as stated on the website. We believe your understanding of what a recess fit may be a little different to ours.
