Barbara and Kevin were great. The company itself is horrible. Nobody knows whats going on with your order and their order tracking is completely broken imo. Never again

They were great from ordering to…
They were great from ordering to installing. After having the blinds for over a year one broke so being they have a life time warranty I called Blinds to Go and they said just bring it in. Brought it in and it was fixed within 2 days no questions asked. Will definitely go back when I need blinds for the rest of my house.

We visited the Bay Shore store and met with a lovely women who explained everything. She showed us how to measure and had us call the measurements in. The turnaround time was 2 weeks, we received it in 1 week. the blinds fit perfect.

Several orders and very happy with everything!
Ordered placed, measured and installed several times. Always professional, helpful and high quality. Will always use and recommend blinds to go. I like ahopping at local retailers and you can see the items in person.
