Excellent customer service. And good pricing. Very happy so far! Only downsides were a few pieces of mounting hardware were missing from the original shipment (screws and anchors) very important pieces. But luckily we had our own otherwise it would have been a big problem. Hopefully this is something they can improve on over time.

We have bought many blinds over the years and the knowledge and service has always been amazing! I'm not sure the woman's name who has helped us a few times over the past few years in Burlington... but she has been perfect all times. Product has been great quality too.

Unfortunately the wrong curtains were delivered to my apartment. The balcony doors didn’t fit. It was a number of weeks before mine arrived which were also too long and had to be trimmed. The person who was
to come back and set them up never called and never came. I had to hire someone to do the job and to redo the valance that was coming out of the wall. Now that that’s all done of course I love the curtains

Experience was fine. Blinds were a bit pricey. Waited a week past estimate date.

I ordered custom blinds(inside mount) for my floor to ceiling window. The Blinds are really nice but installing them myself was a nightmare! I used the measurement guide on Blinds to Go website, but the track was a very tight fit, had to scrape paint off both sides of the wall to make it fit. Then the screws didn't work with my wall so had to buy other ones with (drywall anchors) and finally was installed. Whole process took about 3 days. It would have been nice if outside mount brackets were included with the whole package as well.

I was a little overwhelmed thinking getting blinds for my whole house would be super difficult and expensive. I was very impressed how quickly I was able to select the right style, schedule a measurement check and installation. Very pleased with the installation person, and the final product!

Wonderful, helpful service at Blinds to go on Fairview and Gueph Line in Burlington. The installer did a perfect job. Everyone who visits loves them!!!!!!!

A window blind I purchased July 2015 required servicing. I took it back to the store and found out that the blind was guaranteed for life to fix defects, at no cost! I got the blind back within a couple of days as promised. Working good as new. Thank you

Blinds are great, installer person was excellent, one small piece is missing so now I have to go to blinds to go and ask for one.
