The purchasing process was great, the salesperson Lainey was very knowledgeable and understood immediately what i was looking for in a window treatment. The installer Chapman was also great, quick and shades look wonderful. However, the order came w/ an incorrect color on one of the shades so i have a paper shade over a window while waiting for another shade to be made. I am not happy w/ this as i was on a time crunch w/ a new tenant moving into the apt who works nights and sleeps during the day...and i have to disturb the tenant to have the shade installed when it is finally made again in the correct color...2-3 weeks

I've bought from Blinds to go a few times before. From the in store people to the installers it was a very good experience. As usual. The installers came on time. It took no time to install my blinds. They are very professional. They look great and I love them. Wish I had more windows to put them on.

From the initial estimate with Angie and the insulation, I am very pleased with the professionalism of both people and this company. I highly recommend them. I will be using them again.

The taking of measurements and the installation of both window coverings were done professionally.

I brought my repaired blind home and it was not fixed. i had to bring it back a second time and that time it was fixed.

The sales person in the store was excellent. However the installer was not\ pleasant. he let us know that our location was way out of his territory. And the these types of blinds are easy to install & we could hv done this ourselves. There was one blind that arrived damage and said when it comes in he would return and complete the job. However we was shut down because of the government mandate. I reached out to the installer in late July who stated that he had no ideal where the order was and that our location was too far to travel for one blind. We paid additional money for installation & we expected a complete / satisfactory install.
In November I went directly to the store and explain the situation to the store associate (Thea), who was more than helpful and ordered the additional blind for replacement. we will continue to do business with Blinds to go. However we will hire our own installers.

I waited 4 months for my blinds & just 1hr after installation my main blind in my bay window in my front window (dining room) began falling down/falling apart. I made numerous calls to both the installer and the store & no one called me back! Finally I got in touch w/ someone at the store & they said a new set would be ordered & it would take one week! Well, here we are more than 10 days later & I still have broken blinds & no date for new blinds to be hind up & installed. I’m told “maybe” 3-4 more days. Well, 3-4 more days is Xmas & then the installer goes on a 7-10 day vacation so the earliest I’m getting new blinds now is sometime in January (maybe). Meanwhile, my kitchen blinds have begun to break bc a plastic piece popped off & is now being held up w/ tape. WTH kind of crap are you selling & seriously over charging?

We bought our shades, summer 2019, but had no receipt. One shade began malfunctioning in October, 2020. We took the shade back to the store in Deptford, NJ, hoping they would somehow be able to help us. They looked up the sale on their computer and sent our shade back to the factory for repair, free of charge, no questions asked. We got our shade back within a week.
