Sales personnel as well as the installer were top notch. Not so much , the guy who did the measurements. The measurements he provided were incorrect which took some time to get things straight.

Excellent Customer Service
After a couple of years, one of the cords on a BTG shade became disconnected, so we dropped it off at the local store and two days later, it was returned as good as new, without charge. We wish all customer service experiences were as courteous, timely and effective as this one was.

I purchased 22 blinds, spent about four thousand dollars on these blinds. I've had to make several trips to the store to have my blinds fixed. Very expensive and poor quality
