Top notch Service
As someone who was responsible for service quality at a Fortune 500 company, I was very impressed with the service I received from Blinds to go Paramus store. From the minute I walked in the staff was friendly, helpful and professional the store manager Denise took care of me right away she listened to my needs and gave me great recommendations.when I called back with questions Tasha and Cobra were extremely helpful . From the person they sent to measure to the person installing the Blinds it was quality service all the way.

Inappropriate Staff Behavior and Faulty Product Recommendation
We purchased five blinds from this location, and the experience has been consistently unprofessional. The salesperson refused to answer my questions during the purchase, but at the end insisted on shaking my hand, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate.
Later, a staff member on the phone addressed me as “Mami,” which is unprofessional, and she refused to communicate in writing even when I requested it.
The blinds themselves have design limitations that were never disclosed. A technician confirmed the issues are part of the product design.
When we asked for a resolution, the company sent a letter stating that if we want to “fix the actual problem,” we are welcome to buy new blinds.
For the price we paid, the product quality and customer service were unacceptable. We will not be returning.

My experience was GREAT
My experience was easy, great and a good enough product so far, with a lifetime guarente I feel safe in the fact that if I have an issue it will be taken care of. I was given an appt the day after I called. The sales person was a little late but she was lovely and professional and everything happened the way it was supposed to. I got my blinds when promised. They were installed quickly and easily but a very nice and friendly oinstaller so all in all I was quite please.

Our experience with Brenda in Paramus was wonderful. She was a pleasure to work with. Our installer, Alfred, did our measuring and installing and we could not be happier. He gave us great advice and his installation was amazing.
