My experience was at the store on St Laurent. First of all I was impressed that they greet you as you come into the store! I like that! Clint introduced himself then assigned me a salesperson. I dealt with Monique and she was extremely friendly and informative. The process is seamless. Once I made up my mind, I placed my order and my shades arrived on time! Thank you all for your patience! I am very happy with my Zebra shades!

I was helped by Melissa and she was very knowledgeable as well as very pleasant. She really helped me make a decision concerning the blinds I needed. Also, I broke several brackets when trying to place the valance (if that's the right word) so I went back to the store to get additional ones, on two occasions, and Melissa happily provided these.

Great help in-store and the installer was fast, clean and friendly.

Melissa Porter was an amazing consultant! The gentleman who installed our blinds was courteous, friendly and efficient!

Thé people were great, however I am a seventy two yrs old , I did not take the wright measures , which I could not take back or fix /cut. But fortunately a friend did it and it works!

I already filled out a survey. Not sure why I'm getting this again - a week or more later! My issue was that the installers - while quick and accurate - left their garbage (boxes, etc.) behind for me to dispose of, and they did not clean up the mess (from drilling the holes - would have been a simple clean up and would have rendered a better review).

We entered the store to look at blinds and left with purchased blinds. The associate helped us determine what we needed for our new built home. She provided us choices with different budget options. She was bang on! Great service!

Melissa was exceptional. Professional, efficient and customer centric!!!
