We recently purchased a clock from Bling Painting. We feel like the clock was inferior in quality. The hands are thin and flimsy. The clock itself seems cheap. The hour hand does not sit properly on the hour number. I contacted customer service (Jean/Shadow) numerous times about returning the item. After repeatedly requesting a return shipping label and full refund, I was told that I could keep it and they would give me $10. I explained this was not acceptable as we paid close to $100. Buyer Beware if you choose to purchase from this company.

I ordered custom flags for a boating group. The flags were delivered within a few days and were exactly to specifications. I had bulk ordered 20 flags and had the pleasant surprise of having 21 delivered :-)
I would purchase from them again and highly recommend them!

Ordered a monogrammed shower curtain. After a few weeks, I had to double and triple check the tracking. That is when I found out they are NOT based in the US like they say. They list a US address and phone number. They are NOT US based. They are in China.
So..I get the shower curtain..ugh. it's hideously ugly and my name is spelled incorrectly. So 6 weeks later, the constant run a round from "Jean" it's horrible. Their website says they will make it right. Um. No they do not. I filed a claim with my credit card today. And, They do not post your reviews if it's negative. Just run away from this place

This product is absolutely amazing! So much fun and really good attention to detail! The customer service was superb! I had a problem with one of my paints and the store answered my inquired quickly and offered to send me a new one with no hassle! They answer very quickly! Will definitely recommend this!

I am unsatisfied with my order: first because of late delivery while they promised that I received my order on time. Second I ordered throw Pillow while the did not sent me it an my order has not pillow. So I never ever recomend this company to anyone.
