SCAM - Stay away !

Ordered a ring for my daughter , money taken and no delivery. No contact via email, no contact phone number.

Hope whoever owns this company gets what’s coming to them ! Preferably a slap !

Hi everyone , Bling queen.in is a FRAUD WEBSITE. Ordered a product and paid but product DELIVERED with wrong item after two months. No customer service. No response to email. DO NOT BUY from the website.

This website appears to be completely unreliable and misleading. I ordered a flower brooch in a specific colour, but they delivered a different colour item instead.
There is no contact number available anywhere to reach customer care or the seller. The only way to contact them is through email, but they never respond. There is also no option to cancel the order or initiate a return directly from the website. The only instruction given is to send a complaint email and wait for their response before returning the product — but they never reply.
This makes it impossible for customers to resolve issues or get refunds/replacements. Once you place an order, you are left with no support.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid buying from this seller. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Fradulent site. Initially they said the product is enroute. But since then they are not responding to any requests nor refunds. Absolutely shameful and thy should be jailed

Frustrated with the follow-up of the Blingqueen team, Item ordered on 12th Jan'26 . I missed to notice the absence of the phone number in portal. Don't know will I be getting the ordered ring or not. Because of this lost trust on other Genuine suppliers also.

I have ordered Silver bangles on 27th Jan 2026 and till today it is not delivered. Wrote to customer support for an update but there is no response. There is no contact number for customer support. No update. Have spent rs 5350 on the order no refund nor there is any update. It is so frustrating

Fraud scam I got duped

I ordered 2 jewellery for about 1500 on 11th Jan and it's been one month stuck at confirmation, after countless of emails I haven't heard from them seems like many people are facing from the same issues.

I ordered A snake chain on 14th Jan 2026 for 1300 and till today it is not delivered and there is absolutely no msg about shipping or dispatch. I wrote To their email multiple times and there is absolutely no reply, looks like a Fraud company,

Never sent my item - ignore all my emails. Worst customer service ever - don’t buy from these scammers

I gave them my money for an item, and they stole it. It has been days with zero updates, zero emails, and zero help. They took the cash and ran. Do not buy anything from here. You will not get your item. You will only lose your money. They are professional thieves hiding behind a screen. Save yourself and stay away.

H,I had ordered a bracelet in September 2025.made payment in advance. Still not received it.

Delivery is too delayed no customer support is provided,but accurate product is delivered.
Product is delivered from Dublin Ireland. I had ordered green stud finger ring.

My order was never delivered. Customer service initially responded and said the order would come after 1 month and then when it didn’t arrive, stopped responding altogether.

I paid for a ring i never received. It's been over a month now, and there is no response from their so-called customer care. Avoid these people! Use Amazon or go to a reputed jeweler.

I would give it 0000000. I wish there was a 0 option. No product for over 1 months inspite of payment. Fraud company. Don't listen to their lies, the product will not be delivered
