★☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended
I flew in from abroad specifically to have my wedding rings made at this jeweler, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge mistake.
From the beginning Jacob und Isaac, delayed the delivery several times. I was repeatedly told that the rings would be shipped on Monday, yet I never received any tracking number or confirmation. I had to keep following up myself, even though my wedding date was fast approaching. Instead of honest communication, I only received excuses and empty promises.
After three weeks of waiting, I was suddenly informed that the rings had been “lost during shipping.” Since time was running out, I had no choice but to travel back in person to resolve the issue.
What I received was completely unacceptable:
One unfinished ring
Two replacement rings that were nothing like the original design I had ordered — different model, different weight, and even a different carat number
And all this happened just five days before my wedding.
This entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and deeply disappointing. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and unreliability from a jeweler. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
