Bliss Distribution Limited Opiniones 

I've been trading with Bliss for almost 3 years now and they have been the most dependable distributor in the tabletop gaming space. If you're taking your FLGS seriously you NEED to make an account with Bliss. Much of their stock is very well priced and quite often undercuts other large suppliers in the space.

I would highly recommend Bliss Distribution. Our account manager Jenny Challen is a credit to them. She is always on the ball especially with new releases and product recommendations. We have dealt with them for a number of years and always had great consistency in service, deliveries in good time, great customer service etc. I don't have a bad word to say about the company.

Bliss have always been great and all of the other negative reviews are from extremely inexperienced novice sellers who can't manage cash flow, haven't done their research and who are looking to blame Bliss for standard industry procedures.

Since Guild of Games was started, 8 months ago, Bliss proved to be a very valuable partner. Jason at Bliss has been particularly helpful. So much so that Bliss is now our number one distributor for most of the products that we stock. I would highly recommend Bliss to everyone.

Our games store has been dealing with Bliss for over a year now, and whilst they have a more limited range of products they are fast becoming our go to distributor. They have competative prices and friendly staff who always have time to help with all your queries. We've never had problems with stock not being available (although we are a small store) and they have a reservation system on their website that is easy to use and useful for quickly checking what you have reserved.

Amazing customer service and super fast deliveries. Staff are very helpful and go the extra mile to support us as a customer.

Steve from the organised play department was an absolute gentleman in helping us change over our distributor and I couldn’t ask for better. The first and only supplier that has consistently supported our company's growth over the years. Their customer service is exceptional, with outstanding support from Laura, our account handler, and Jenny. Nothing is too much trouble for them; they are always prompt and go above and beyond for us.

The team is so friendly and incredibly helpful! The website is very fast and easy to use. There is a huge range of fantastic products at fantastic prices.

Shipping and delivery are always really swift, and I am provided with detailed tracking details on every order. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Bliss. One of the best distributors in the UK, and I would recommend it to anyone!

Very good company and service. Seem some negative reviews but Ive always recieved exceptional service. Any items pre-ordered have been available to purchase as requested usually prior to official release dates. Delivery is Via DPD and next day. Good selection of stock from a variety of companies. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Amazing company to work with!

Our experience with Bliss Distribution is very positive. They have an easy pre-order system and will keep you up to date on arrival and dispatch of your pre-orders.

Plus they've managed to get us stock for very sought after lines that we sell.

And lastly this is the only wholesaler we work with that has an amazing personal touch! We love having a dedicated account manager who makes us feel valued and is nice to talk to. :)

We will recommend to friends who also run independent businesses for sure.

Basically conned us out of £1000.
We had been buying cards etc. successfully, and they contacted us to say they had these football cards in stock which were flying out like hot-cakes and buy now while there is stock available.
Should have known better really but bought £1000 worth, and still haven't sold one!!
Rather than asking to return, for refund, we Asked to return for credit, so we would still be spending the money with them, but was a flat NO. No conversation, except to be told “if you asked to return them the same day they arrived with you, we could have done it then”
WHAT???? How would we know the same day they arrived they wouldn't sell????

They basically just wanted to offload a lot of crap that wasn't selling and made up more crap to make them seem the best thing since sliced bread.

BEWARE OF THESE CON ARTISTS - I HAD ALREADY SPENT A LOF OF MONEY WITH THIS “COMPANY” BEFORE THIS - SHOCKING WAY TO TREAT A GOOD CUSTOMER.

Difficult for Start ups

The original review has been updated after I received a call from the general manager. After my first review. So TrustPilot does work, I will make sure to register my company on here.

I am not going to say they are an easy company to work with but I have voiced my concerns and expressed other ways they can verify if a company is legit and i do believe they will consider what i have said and I do believe they will work closer with start ups in the future and look at other ways to verify they are not bedroom collectors etc

The result of this i have changed the score and updated my previous review.

Had stock delayed and after I made payment, they said they never received it and so they cancelled the order and put a 'strike' on our account despite the problem not being my own. I have had to open an investigation with our bank to claim a refund.

A huge amount of preorders and reservation delayed at once. While other companies still are getting their stock. Perhaps from this distribution or another.
Have a strong feeling they are supply to their bigger buyers first then leaving small companies to struggle.
