Second to none. Block P is amazing in every single aspect. The website works perfectly and is always up to date, some sites don’t take off trainers that are sold, this isn’t an issues with Block P. Using the site to order is easy as can be too. But the real hallmark of the brand is the store, the layout and aesthetic is immaculate, from the 110s on the walls to the selection of hoodies, t shirts and jackets on display. And their own caps? Brilliant. The staff though are what set it apart from every other retailer I’ve used, they will bend over backwards to help you, wether it’s sourcing pairs you’ve been hunting or letting you know what stock is coming in. They’re friendly and professional and always happy to see you and will do anything they can to help. The fact they look after regular customers is the cherry on top. Others may be good but block p set the standard. Well done lads on everything you’ve achieved so far, I’m sure the best is yet to come.

We recently bought Nike Air Max trainers by email from Block P as a present. We then got into a muddle over sizes - ordered the right size but returned this pair by mistake. Block P spotted our mistake, telephoned us and sorted it all out - an exceptionally helpful thing to do. Delivery was speedy, refund of the second pair was immediate and everything worked well, so we can highly recommend Block P.
