We have used Bloomfield for taxi to the airport several times and always found them to be very reliable. They have a good booking system and the cars are very clean and well maintained.

I contacted Bloomfiled Executive cars some moths ago to enquire about their services for my wedding day. After initially not heard anything back I finally got a response from their manager Moss who provided the most incredible customer service and reassured me at every turn. I was initially really unsure, as I couldn't find them on Trustpilot. When I mentioned this they immediately went out of their way to create an account on Trustpilot, as they considered my suggestion very helpful.

Moss, ensured that we went over every detail of the journey to make sure I would be at ease on my wedding day and wouldn't have to worry about a thing.

Fast forward to September 18th, the driver arrived early. But because I was in the final throws of getting ready I didn't see the arrival message for a good 15 minutes. But this wasn't an issue. We left the hotel at the agreed time and the driver was there. He had been patiently waiting for us. He was so friendly and welcoming.

We ended up taking the short route to our venue, and would have arrived extremely early. So he agreed to chauffeur me and my family around Richmond Park for a while. No problem at all. I then realised I'd forgotten my necklace, and since we still had tons of time he was so kind to drive us back to the hotel for me to get my necklace, and then drove us all back to the venue. He patiently let me wait in the car until everything was ready for me to get in. No complaints, or anything. He was just so lovely and friendly.

If you need a chauffeur service with impeccable customer service then this is the one to go for. If you're considering Bloomfield for your wedding I can only highly recommend them! Welcoming, friendly and unparalleled customer service!

My driver was very professional and the car was absolutely spotless. The journey was smooth and quick, so to me the service was just perfect.

From my initial contact, I was looked after Moss who was courteous and friendly to talk to, he did everything to ensure my booking was met with my requirements.
He was kind to give me a free upgrade as I was travelling to Terminal 5 with my family and a few suitcases.
The driver came in a very smart and clean Mercedes, 15 minutes ahead of schedule to ensure there was no panic in being late ( you hear of horror stories of companies not confirming bookings and drivers being late or no show)
The driver was smart, polite and very friendly to chat to. In fact, I had the same driver collecting me on our return and I was happy as we could carry on our interesting conversation 😊
The bookings are always confirmed via email on the day before pickup and driver will always message if needed.
Excellent, professional and excelled all my expectations.
I actually recommended my brother in law to use their services this morning to the airport (he wanted punctual and reliable company) without hesitation.

Normally that would be no problem and no worry, but it was the day of transport workers strikes across train, tube and bus services. After calls to many taxi firms who said they couldn't guarantee a car at 6am that morning due to unreliability of drivers on a strike day - i finally spoke to Moss Sayed at Bloomfield Executive Cars. Moss reasured me and guaranteed that a car would be there to pickup. What a massive relief. Thank you Moss.

Years ago when I lived in Barnes I used Bloomfield Executive Cars, I contacted them to organise a car to Heathrow and also to collect from Heathrow a week later. I was so pleased that after all these years the company is still excellent. Collected on time The drivers were polite and helpful. The office staff are also very helpful. Now I have found them again I will never use any other company.
