Beautiful wedding flowers. We ordered on a Wednesday and the wedding was on Saturday. I would recommend ordering hardy florals, our roses and carnations lasted so long.

DO NOT USE. SCAM. STOLE $400+.

I placed an order with Blooms by the Box for bulk flowers for my grandmother’s funeral. The order was placed on 4/22 with next-day shipping and scheduled to arrive on 4/25 for the funeral on 4/26. The flowers did not arrive on the promised date. I was told they’d arrive the morning of the funeral—already cutting it close—but they STILL didn’t show up. They didn’t arrive until 4/28, a full three days late, making them completely unusable.

Their website advises customers to schedule delivery two days prior to an event, which I tried to do—but 4/25 was the only available option. I took the risk. I was never warned the delivery might miss the date ENTIRELY. What’s worse is that after four emails (and, yes, within the 24hr delivery period), I’ve received no response. Absolutely no refund, no apology, no accountability.

Disgusting scam of a company stealing money from people during vulnerable and emotional times. Scum.

We DIY'd most of the florals for our wedding and selected flowers from a local vendor, but unfortunately they didn't have all of the greenery we were looking for. At the last minute, I searched online and found Blooms by the Box, and I'm SO glad that I did. Everything was affordable and, best of all, the greenery turned out beautifully. The solidago was clearly well-cared for and very fresh. During the order and delivery processes, I received extremely efficient and thorough communication from Blooms by the Box, which made me feel so much better about ordering online. I especially appreciated the emails from Jeannie. Would definitely recommend to couples looking to DIY their wedding flowers!!
