They seemed like the only website who delivered Tulips in India (Bangalore). Paid a premium (AUD 175) and extra for next day delivery. No response or delivery apart from a refence number via email. After two days they responded saying address was incorrect/address beyond their delivery remit. Gave them the address again. Hallelujah!!! They delivered some Roses 2 days later which features on their portal for AUD 20. The delivery guy had the gall to ask my parents to pay for this as well which of course they didnt.
So STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I spent AUD 175 and got ordinary roses. I bet if you order Roses they MAY consider delivering a "5-Star" chocolate (and ask you to pay for it)

Absolutely unacceptable service from Bloomsvilla.
I placed an order for a bouquet to be delivered in Trivandrum on March 20th (12–3 PM slot). The order was happily accepted with no indication of any delivery issues. Only after the delivery window had passed, they informed me that they do not deliver to that location. This shows complete lack of basic operational checks and zero respect for customers’ time.
It doesn’t stop there. They then had the audacity to ask for ₹450 extra as a delivery charge to redirect the order, when the bouquet itself costs ₹767. Charging customers for your own mistake is not just unprofessional, it’s unethical.
Because of their incompetence and delayed communication, the entire purpose of the order was ruined. The occasion was missed, and the experience was extremely frustrating.
This is a clear case of poor service, misleading order acceptance, and unfair pricing practices. I would strongly advise others to stay away from Bloomsvilla if you expect reliability or accountability.

What was even more disappointing was the teddy bear—they sent something completely different from what was ordered. The quality was extremely poor and not even worth Rs. 25.
We contacted them multiple times through email, but they refused to offer a return or refund. After repeated follow-ups, they finally offered a small-value gift voucher, which is not helpful to us, especially given the poor quality of their products and service.
Overall, this was a very bad experience. They are not reliable at all. If you value your hard-earned money, it’s better not to order from this website.

I had paid for the bouquet to be delivered on February 14th (Valentine’s Day), but it has still not been delivered. The company accepted my order and payment, yet failed to complete the delivery as promised.
This experience has been very disappointing. It is extremely difficult to reach them by phone, and although I submitted a complaint via email, I only received an acknowledgment stating that they would respond within two working days. However, I have not received any further response.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Fraud site. Very disappointed with their delivery system. First the site itself was faulty. Even though i entered the delivery address clearly, they said that the address they can see is the billing address and so items can’t be delivered. When i mailed them the address again, for one day there was no reply. Then they finally answered but no answer to my questions. Finally they delivered after 2 days but partly and not what they had shown in the picture when i ordered. Flowers were different and chocolates were not delivered. Cashews were of poor quality and they delivered only rains in place of nuts. Very pathetic.. please don’t order in bloomsvilla..

I had paid to deliver the bouquet on Valentine's day. Unlike other companies who clearly mention delivery not possible , this company took the money to deliver on the same day but they didn't. This company can't be trusted. Secondly you can't reach out to them over call, as there is no number shared . Lastly they work timings until 7 pm and they don't care about your delivery. Such companies should be completely boycotted who are playing with customer emotions and spoil their day.

I placed an order for a bouquet costing Rs.1100 att bloomsvilla on 30th Jan for midnight delivery at Nerul. They charged me 250/- extra for midnight delivery but it did not happen and they do not have any contact no. We can only correspond through email for which they did not reply to me for two days and now I am receiving a message that it will be delivered today. Don't you think it's ridiculous as the birthday got over on 31st Jan and today is 5th February.
