Customer service at BloomsyBox is phenomenal.. Had two experiences in 8 months and they went over the top to make every detail RIGHT... Doesn't hurt that my wife loves the flowers every month as well. Highly recommend the service..

All the flowers are dead

All the flowers are dead. Just got home - gone about two hours to the dr. Box here when I got home and all the flowers are dead or dying. Hate to tell my sister-in-law about this expeience.

Poor, Dead and Futile Pink Peony Tulips

I ordered Pink Peony Tulips for my Mother for Mother's Day 2025. The flowers arrived and initially looked very pretty. My Mother followed the directions provided. She had the flowers for two days, and they were barely open and already dying. I was furious, because it was the first time in years that I sent her flowers. I read the reviews on their website and Google, so the company seemed to provide fresh, beautiful flowers. I believe they only post the positive reviews and the images on their website are either AI generated or enhanced with Photoshop. The flowers my Mother received looked NOTHING like the images. Don't waste your money.

It's a Crappy move when...

It's a crappy move when you get the first order discount and the exact same amount you "saved" is the amount they add right to the shipping. Nice gimmick. If the flowers arrive in amazing condition, I will be happy to review on that.

Poor quality wilted bouquet

I have ordered from BloomsyBox before and the flowers were exceptional, but not this time. They came wilted and dry. I had planned on giving them as a gift, but the quality was so poor I opted not to. I received them this Friday and today I threw away half of the blooms. I will not be purchasing from them again.

I ordered flowers for valentines day…

I ordered flowers for valentines day for my wife,they never arrived so called customer service. It to multiple times before I could actually talk to someone.They said the address was entered wrong.She said they would call the delivery to fix it.I waited 2 days for them to get back to me,they never did.I called again. Again it took multiple times to talk to someone. She told I was basically out of luck,no refund,no complimentary delivery.The only thing she said she would help with was shipping on a new order.

Dishonest

This company offered me 2 different Discount codes to start a new subscription. The code worked and was showing on the itemized line... but when I went to enter my card info they removed the credit and yhe promo code says "this code is not available to you at this time"!!! They both say that now! Lmao. Uhmmm I don't think so. Nice try people. Check their yelp reviews before you purchase and keep your eyes on that total! Dishonest!

Best subscription box EVER!!

Best subscription box EVER!!! I bought this for my mom for Christmas a couple years ago and she absolutely loves getting her Bloomsy flowers every month. They are always fresh and last for several weeks. The cost is very reasonable considering what you would pay for an arrangement through one of the online florists. I can't say enough good things about Bloomsy.
