Had 2 orders messed up by this company who then refused to make it right. First order about Christmas (12/21) was left in the warehouse and never shipped. Due to holiday and weekends the next available delivery date was a week later (12/27) and that was what I had to settle for Second time order was placed 5 weeks in advance for Valentines Day and delivery came after 4:30 to office building that closed at 4:00. Bloomsy claimed its Fed Ex's fault because it was on end of route. Reason- they shipped home delivery which starts later and goes to HOMES so can be delivered as late as 8:00pm. Both times I was told guarantee was not relevant to me since my complaint was not with the flowers. PLEASE do not use this company. Save your money

Horrible customer service! I subscribed to the monthly Flowers 50.00. Both times the flowers were left outside in the freezing cold. Do the delivery drivers not know that there are flowers inside!. I have emailed customer service twice and have never heard from them. Needless to say I have canceled my subscription and I am now on the hunt for a different month-month company. Save your money and get flowers from a local Florist!

What a beautiful arrangement! The box it was delivered in was a perfect size for it, the flowers were secured well, and the wrapping was super cute to open up. The flowers are perfectly cut to sit nicely in a vase and it came with a package of plant food which I really appreciated! My flowers arrived in great condition and smell wonderful! I've had them for two days now and the flowers still look very fresh. I wish I could include a picture !!!!!

Beautiful flowers delivered efficiently for a reasonable cost. Very professional, friendly and thoughtful. I won't hesitate to call upon you again . Perfect almost every time! With very few exceptions, the flowers are lovely and long lasting. So happy to see them every month.

Love the flowers!

I've had a BloomsyBox subscription for four months now and I LOVE getting my beautiful bouquets every month. I haven't had any issues - everything arrives perfectly packed at my door at the same time every month. Whenever I have questions, I know I can reach out and the customer service team answers quickly (thanks, Tina!).

Emailed Bloomsy.com with a delivery question and received a call from a Kimberly within an hour. More importantly, she was able to address my concerns and adjust my delivery date. Received a follow up email later that afternoon recapping our conversation. Unfortunately, I needed to change the new delivery date and Seth was able to help me with that change! I bought a subscription for my wife and to be honest I didn't know what to expect. When she received her first box she was as happy as she has never been; the flowers we got were amazing, they smelled so good and lasted for over two weeks.
