I couldn't have had a better experience with this amazing company. Dawn, Lily and Anne were not only helpful, but so personable and human!
It's very rare these days that you happen upon a company with this level of customer service.
My car was delayed due to circumstances way out of Blossom's control - global supply chain problems, the war in Ukraine etc. What amazed me is how apologetic they were, and how regularly they kept me posted. Not just with emails, but calls too. I felt very looked after and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Several years ago our businesses switched all our (private & commercial) vehicles through to Blossom. Exceptional customer service and a passion to please through the whole life cycle won us over (a rarity in this sector from my previous experience). The owners seem to have managed to infuse their whole team with the 'nothing is too much trouble' ethos. Recommended to some fussy friends with one off needs and they say the same. So therefore happy to have this opportunity and to take the time to recommend to all.
