Fast delivery and everything was thoughtfully packaged. It all felt very special and we were thrilled with the Maileg gifts we ordered for our daughter. The whole website and experience was fantastic.

I wanted to buy from them as they have the largest range of Maileg toys that I could find online, and at a competitive price. I contacted them directly as I live outside of the area where they said they post to. I emailed Tim, who said he’d look into it for me, and he did. A couple of days later he emailed to say I was able to make my order. Fantastic. My order arrived quickly, and it was packaged beautifully. I would highly recommend, and I’ll be ordering again in the future. Many thanks.

They have a great range of Maileg toys (the mice are a particular favourite) and the website is easy to navigate.

The items ship quickly and are packaged well. There is usually a race to see who can find the sweets hidden in the parcel!

I only wish to give a fair and honest review, and therefore can say my initial experience with Bluebells Burrow was only positive. I placed an order in July of some items for my daughters first birthday and it was promptly received, with no issues. My daughter then received a duplicate item as a gift from a family friend, I found that Bluebells returns policy was only a 21 day limit compared to the regular 28 day policy so I reached out to Bluebells Burrow explaining the situation to see if I could still obtain a refund for the item. They responded the next day and kindly agreed, giving me the returns address. I returned my parcel, alongside a note containing my name and order number, via Royal Mail tracked delivery. My item was delivered on 19th August to the specified location, I followed up with Bluebells via email on 22nd August to confirm that all was in order for the refund to be processed. After receiving no response to my email, and no refund, I chased again via email on 28th August. To date, I have still received no email response and no refund and therefore have had to pursue a claim via PayPal as I am currently over £50 out of pocket and am being met by radio silence by Bluebells. The purpose of my review isn’t to criticise Bluebells, as again my experience with them initially was positive and the reviews on here show other people feel similarly. However, i only think it fair to expect good communication from a business regarding matters such as a refund, and I’d be more than understanding if it was communicated to me that the refund was taking longer to process than expected for whatever reason. Being met with no response at all, despite continuing social media posts and newsletter emails doesn’t fill me with the greatest of confidence that my refund will make its way to me.
